Luca Faloni Reviews 

I have bought 2 cotton polos, 2 linen polos, a linen Crew Neck, Linen Shorts and Jeans from Luca Faloni.

Everything started well, despite the high price tag the materials looked good, the fit was good (except from the horrible shorts).

Very soon though, the items started to develop holes, pilling and lose shape and structure. It was beyond disappointing. When I spend over 150 Euros on a polo shirt, I expect it to last. When I spend the same on jeans, I expect it to last for more than a year before ripping at the groin so easily (with normal wear).

The Elba Navy Polo is the only one that is still ok. The Beige one has a hole. The two linen ones have holes, and one of them had to be replaced because of it and the incredible amount of pilling it had (of which of course I have pictures). The linen Crew Neck lost shape on the neck. The linen shorts fit abysmally, but most importantly ripped in the groin on the second wear, after which they sent me a replacement. I guess my cats have a soft nice place to sleep on now.

I take extremely good care of my clothes and even have them washed and cleaned professionally, so it is not an error on my side. Other similar items from other brands I own and use/clean in the same way are fine.

Not a great brand in terms of quality control as many others have stated. Purchased a suede cap I had to exchange twice and will be returning tomorrow in London, due to the amount of storage scuffs, scars and marks which are blotted across the leather; you cannot excuse this with “natural characteristics”, this is just a lack of quality control. Uneven stitching on the brim, unexplainable discolouration and pre-damaged items put in stock, I saw many caps with over curved brims which compromised structural integrity and prominent scars. I expected better for a “proudly made in Italy” labelled brand.

I ordered 2 WHITE silk and cotten shirts.
The shirts received are NOT WHITE, they are CREAM or MILK.
Quite disappointed.

I purchased a linen shirt from Luca Faloni, and although it took me three attempts to find the right fit, their customer service was excellent throughout. Despite the sizing errors being entirely my fault, they remained completely supportive and provided prepaid shipping labels each time, making the exchange process effortless.

I had heard about Luca Faloni online and so when i was in London is came across their Piccadilly branch. Went in and was helped in choosing 5 shirts. I got to try them on and found the best sizes for me.
The service was great as was the choice of colours and fabrics. Great quality in workmanship and since coming back to the midlands i now order everything online. Recently purchased 2 cotton/cashmere shirts but had to exchange for a different size . It was seamless with the free return of the old and quick delivery of the correct size.
Thats what makes it a pleasure to try the different styles and sizes as if they dont fit or are not you you can return.

The quality and craftsmanship is unsurpassed, and the fit is exacting. I own several pieces of their clothing and you can discern at a distance that they understand the human body’s curves and angles. Of further note even when you order online the package arrives with a degree of personalization rarely witnessed; Italian candies and a handwritten note!

Every item I’ve ever ordered has been shipped promptly and is excellent quality.

Great product, well packed, delivered on time

Product was of high quality, the packaging and delivery service were excellent, but the sizing was dissappointingly smaller than I'm used to. I comfortably wear a Large for all my t-shirts and sweaters. Even the Faloni XL t-shirt and sweater were tight on me. However, the Bomber jacket was an excellent fit.

I picked up a linen pants and shirt at the Miami store. They had the color and size I wanted in stock and I was helped by a knowledgeable employee. Definitely to return.

Why do you guys rely on UPS? The service was terrible; I had to retrieve my package directly from the main deposit because they were unable to deliver the package at a precise time. I received a message for example that the package would have been delivered by the end of the day without any range of time!!! Bad bad service!

I brought some pants in London I thought later on I should have brought a black belt to match. What I fink you are doing well with is the story of where its made the area of Italy, and being hand made , materials being sourced different areas , the nice coffee,and the cloth bag is a nice touch to, love the smell of nice real leather

The quality from this brand is exceptional. Shipping to the United States is incredibly fast, and the packaging and attention to detail are among the best I’ve experienced as a customer. Their customer support was also quick to respond, helpful, and made the entire experience even better.

This was the first time buying from Luca Faloni. My experience is that they treat their customers extremely well from start to finish. Not in an over the top manner or being forward just small gestures that you can appreciate that they value the Luca Faloni name and the clothes you are buying. Also that they have taken the time to value you purchasing from them.

I purchased the 2ply cashmere crew neck jumper which arrived boxed and then also in a plastic bag, very well presented, with a welcome card and style ideas as well as a complimentary wool comb and sweets. A small card to give you the background to the product too. For me just some very nice touches.

The jumper itself is excellent in quality, and you can tell with how premium it feels and how warm it is on that it has been extremely well made.

I would recommend the try before you buy option as the jumper i had to purchase was a smaller size than i would normally have gone for. The process is very easy and i had 5 days to try before deciding.
