I have ordered my contacts from the company for many years with no problems.
When I ordered last time I thought I would use their AUTO reorder with 5% off when £75.16 went out of my bank account LENSTORE instead of £56.59 including postage I got in touch with LENSTORE who then told me “you have a different discount that provided a bigger discount on orders!!!

That means if you use the Auto reorder they charge you the full amount minus 5% what a load of rubbish! I am now £18 57 worse off.
Just to add insult they have given me £4 refund.

Scam - it was never delivered.
Their delivery provider never delivered by contact lenses. As a semi-blind person this is frustrating.
I wrote them and the only thing they did was to ask me to contact DHL and fill out a form. They didn't send me the contact lenses urgently as I need them. I cannot function or live without them.

I've used Lenstore twice, and the second time I got my prescription wrong. They helped me easily and quickly swap out the lenses for the correct ones! Great service, I will definitely use them again!

ordered my lenses here 2 or 3 times, products were delivered fast. Everything went smoothly for me.

Not sure why all the negative reviews, received my lenses on time. Label states they were sent from a German address, didn't have to pay duties or anything. Have to order from a price comparison website to get lenses 2x cheaper than stated on their website, and with free shipping.

I ordered and paid for the above contact lenses on the 16th November via direct debit (SOFORT). My money was taken and the order was NOT processed so I have no money and no contact lenses.

I have contacted Lenstore.de customer services repeatedly, and they said they could not help! They said my money will hopefully be returned in 30 days.

I still have no money and no contact lenses. This is to my mind THEFT by Lenstore.de as their payment system failed robbing me of my money.

We ordered from them and paid by bank transfer.

After 2weeks and contact to their support we did not receive anything, and they are not refunding.

Horrible experience.
