In my opinion key drop is a lot better than opening cases in cs:go I dropped a lot of skins above 2$-5$ in free battles. There is much more perk than in cs:go cases. I like this site <3

UPDATE [April 3, 2026]: Key-Drop's official reply to this review is factually incorrect and misleading. They claim I 'received' my deposit (Redline) back via a rollback, but my Steam trade history proves otherwise. The status shows 'Returned to previous owner,' and since the trade failed, the item was sent back to the Key-Drop bot, NOT to my inventory. I have shared clear screenshots of my Steam history with their support, yet they continue to ignore the evidence and tell the public that I have my items. I am currently missing both my original deposit and my win. I will not change this rating until a manual audit is performed and my items (or full balance) are actually delivered to me. Do not trust their generic automated responses—check your trade logs manually!"

we have already addressed this matter multiple times in your direct conversations with our support team and explained the situation in detail on several occasions.
To reiterate once more: the status "Returned to previous owner" means the item was returned to KeyDrop, as we were the sender in this trade. This is standard Steam behavior and does not entitle you to any additional compensation.
Your deposit was reversed. When a deposit is reversed, all items obtained using that deposit are removed. It is not possible to reverse a deposit and keep the winnings from it at the same time.
We have patiently explained this to you multiple times through our support channels and in our previous response here. The situation has been reviewed thoroughly and our system processed your case correctly according to our Terms of Service.
We consider this matter resolved.

Well keydrop overall is not profitable, u will need to spend atleast 500-1000 dolars to even get 100E skin, i spended over 200E if i know good, and only got 10E skin the most, its probably the worse ever website to open, just dont do even entrence here, its just all scam

key-drop.pl is just okay
key-drop.pl is just okay. 🤷♂️ I’ve had some fun with the games and managed to win a couple of decent skins, but it’s really hit or miss. The daily rewards are alright, but nothing special.
The site sometimes runs slow and crashes, which is annoying. I had an issue with a deposit once, and customer support was kind of slow to respond but eventually helped me out.
The giveaways are decent, but I haven’t won anything big yet. There are definitely better sites out there, but key-drop.pl isn’t the worst. It’s just kinda average. 😐

Fake prices and percentages
the prices they give to the skins and the percentages are false and whenever you want to withdraw something good they will tell you that they don't have it, that's how I was for weeks until I decided to bet on it and with 4 upgrades of 80% I lost them, the house never loses they say but this is a complete scam, better save to buy the skins you want

i cant withdraw my or any skins on the skin changer, it only appears error withdraw unavailable contact suport but i sent email and contacted suport but got 0 answers and i deposited many times andnever had problem, but as soon as i deposit bug and spend 1.2k it doesnt allow me to take my skins... im afraid i got scammed for a lot more than i can afford to lose... as soon as i get answers or fix i will give good review but for me now its 1 star only... I have 1.7 k worth there stuck that cant move .....
