KeepCalling is a very convenient,

KeepCalling is a very convenient,, reasonably priced and easy to use service. Transmission quality is very good.it serves communication to and from many countries. I have found that there are some US companies that send foreign originated calls high and dry. Calling such a company will still appear as a foreign call.

The person I called didn’t hear me at…

The person I called didn’t hear me at all.
I called my friend too and my call didn’t go through, instead I was directed by a voice from KeepCalling to leave a message to my friend and only after that I would be connected.

Thank you for getting in touch! Since you're using the app, please take into account that the quality of the calls, when using the app, relies on your WiFi or cellular data Internet connection and device settings as well.

Make sure:
-you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers.

To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu.
1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them.
2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set.

It works 98% of the time. Clear, easy. Sometimes, when there's a change in network, the call is dropped, which is challenging when we're on the phone with a bank or hospital, and we have to go through the phone tree and waiting time again. Overall, it works wonders and I'm super grateful to be able to get things done overseas. Thank you!
