Discovered during an event. Great explanations about Just Russel. Very freindly team. I love that the products are customized for my cat. The packaging is amazing, with a picture of my cat on it. Delivery was very fast. I even tested my cat’s current food against the new Just Russel kibble… No hesitation: my cat immediately ran to the new croquettes!

Amazing I ordered a starter set for my cat! 3kg of personalised food, a big pack of wet food, liquid food and some snacks! The price for all of this is amazing! And I even got to gift my dog a 3kg bag of food with a coupon! Amazing brand with amazing food!

The first shipment.
Today we received our first shipment of Just Russel dry cat food.
Our cat 'Caramel' was sleeping on a bed in a bedroom when I opened the bag and while I was doing that, at once he stormed into the kitchen. Meow, meow, meow.
Of all brands of kibble I bought, ever, this is the first one that smells so nice.
Caramel is extremely picky and usually doesn't eat dry kibble. For years, we’ve bought only wet food. The last time we gave him kibble, he threw it up.
However, a few days ago, a neighbor gave me some kibble from 'Just Russel' to try, while recommending the brand. Caramel really liked it and ate it without any issues. That’s why I put together a plan for him featuring the small-sized kibble. He devoured the complimentary sample of treats even faster.
I gave two other neighbors, for whom I am their cat-sitter once and a while, some of our Just Russel kibble and the threats, and both their cat ate it very enthusiastic. So 3 out of 3 a fabulous success. One of my neighbors said she already sees improvement in her old cat's coat after a few servings.

I had a really good experience ordering from Just Russel. The website is very easy to navigate, and registering all four members of my little herd, Bink, Chispy, Rici and Gundemaro, was simple and straightforward.
I really like the personalised approach to their food, and I find the price very reasonable considering the quality. It’s not the cheapest option, but the quality-to-price ratio feels right.
Bink tried it first. He is extremely picky when it comes to food, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, he had absolutely no problem with it and ate it happily.
The cats surprised me even more. They are very loyal to one particular brand, and I’ve tried other foods before without much success. With Just Russel, there was no hesitation. From the very first bite, they ate it as if it had always been their food.
Four very different little customers, four approvals. I think that says it all! 😊

Well worth the price
The food is high quality and my dog is healthier with better coat and more lively than she was on quite expensive food from the supermarket. It's easy to change delivery dates and the price is reasonable.
Plus I don't have to carry it home.

We’re still gradually transitioning from his previous food, so far so good! The only thing we’ve noticed is that he seems to poop a little more often than before, but we’ll keep monitoring this as we complete the transition.

I was a client for a few months now but…
I was a client for a few months now but they changed the found . First it looked very nice with real meat but now it’s just look like cheap blubber. My dogs don’t even look at it anymore. I had to throw away all of it
