Now they are not going to accept insurance (Medicare) it's all about the money. I thought Indogen was watching out for Medicare patients. Money Money!

If you use insurance be aware that home oxygen units are loud, heavy and in some cases unreliable.Dont' expect the lightweight home concentrators unless you are a paying customer.

The portable is fine but the bigger machine is very loud

This has been a great help for me gives me more freedom do go places very helpful at doctor visits. I was using 2 hour tanks we needed to take extra tanks just for doctor visits i couldn't go shopping any more now I can live a normal life it's been very helpful .I got mine directly from Inogen it was very easy to deal with them.

Equipment works great especially since I was used to using a pulse flow. Able to extend time away from home by hours. They could do a better job in helping to adapt known/used pulse flow setting to Inogen pulse flow setting

Diana was professional and helped with all the questions and follow questions we had.
Although the call in getting the app section of the experience was rather unhelpful. Still can't get anyone to help with doing up the machines app. Most of the call center people don't understand American English it is rather disappointing.

I don't like the way the puff. Is that the only way you get air. Because my oxygen had going down while I was using it. Why isn't it a even flow.

I love my Inogen and the freedom it gives me. My husband bought me a new Inogen several years ago after I was diagnosed with COPD and asthma. I am on oxygen 24/7 and was confined to my home. I saw an advertizement in a magazine and made a phone call! And that is the beginning of my freedom! I have had no problems with it at all. It is very reliable and a solution for travel. It is compact and easy to handle. I would highly recommend Inogen for anyone on oxygen.

I’ve enjoyed them more than I thought I would, new things make me a little anxious at first, but they’re so easy to set up and get going. I received my Rove 4 7/6/2026 and my Voxi 5 8/6/2026.both have been a flawless experience.The Voxi 5 is whisper quiet and the Rove 4 makes just enough noise to know it’s working well. They seemed a little pricey at first but I’ve seen others around and asked questions, some people have said they bought to quickly. Now I get asked questions about Inogen, people like the look and notice the easy controls.if the need is in your life Inogen has the variety to make it better.

Sales folks were very knowledgeable and helpful in selection of an appropriate unit.

The people and the equipment are above all others that I have had to deal with. It took me months to finally find a portable concentrator for me. Everyone was knowledgeable and very helpful. My Inogen portable concentrator has made it so I can go places and not worry about running out of oxygen.

I have a Rove 6 with the extended battery (10 hour) and also the Inogen at Home for continuous oxygen flow and I am very please with their performance and reliability since I'm required to have 24/7 supplemental oxygen..

They keep sending a bill.

I am lowering my review from a 3 to a 1.

This company is boing bad.

Recently my wife's 2 5 year old systems needed replacing.

They replaced her G3 with a G5, and the one they sent had several issues and had to be replaced within days.

Her large AC unit for the house they sent, is louder than the old one (same model), runs hotter, and takes 5 or more minutes to indicate green. Even her old one went green in less than a minute or 2.

Looks like their reconditioning process and quality assurance is poor.

We have the Vixi 5 oxygen unit with the humidifier. Word of warning: you MUST turn off the unit before changing the water for the humidifier. The machine gets confused otherwise and stops producing oxygen, no alarms or lights warn you either.

More freedom, don't have to worry about your oxygen running out. We're packing heavy tanks. I love my Inogen

BECAUSE OF HE COMPACT DESIGN OF THE DEVICE I AM ABLE TO HAVE FREEDOM TO DO THE MANY THINGS THAT I ENJOY. GOING TO SPORTS EVENTS , DRIVING TO VISIT FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND GOING ON TRIPS WITH MY WIFE.
