The hotel room reservation went smoothly, I consider using IMPT whenever I can.

It was a scam. When we arrived in front of the accomodation it was closed. Over the phone the owner pretended we had no booking. We were lucky to find a room in a nearby hotel.

Everything works perfectly.

Flawless check in, in Ljubljana, the room and breakfast were awesome, and The staff welcoming perfect. A 5 stars night 😊

So easy and cheaper to use than any of the genocidal affiliated companies.

This is a very clever affiliate program even I cud install it. One thing I’d say is the dashboard cud be better and I’d love to add my logo to the widget but not available. I used to book directly with impt now I do it on my own website via widget. Clever

The founders of this initially innovative project seem to have abandoned ship. There is no visibility, and communication is disastrous, with low-quality images seemingly generated by ChatGPT. What a waste.

Booked a hotel stay last month for a family of 3. It was an easy process, with no issues at all. Price was cheaper than any other booking platform and I even managed to offset our carbon emission of our stay. Brilliant app, it helps common people like me to contribute to our planet's health without doing any extra bits in our life. I highly reccomend this platform for travel booking and will definitely use it again in the future.

Imp travel are a professional, caring and highly reputable agent who will endeavour to provide a first class service every time! Karen and the tall Imp owner are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond the call of duty every time! Karen even stayed late to help me keeping the shop open well after 5pm until the booking was complete and my Barcelona flights were booked! Can’t recommend highly enough! No1 travel agent in Lincoln!

Had a great stay at a 5* premium resort (Cascais Miragem) in Portugal. Everything related to booking was smooth as expected, no hassles. And the pricing was almost 20% cheaper for this property than in Booking.com!! Also got an extra 3% promotion with their coupon code!

I think the platform needs to be more intuitive from a user experience point of view when compared to other platforms. But it's a start in the right direction, and with it's great pricing and strong placing in the ESG sector and web3, this could be a major player soon.

Worst ever service .. Treasure Island has charged more once i reached to hotel.. even I did not received invoice for the same.

Have been doing online shopping with them for a while now. When I know what im going to buy I then go to the shop via impt website /app and get money back to buy carbon credits. Doesn't cost any extra and with an extra couple of clicks you actually can help the planet by buying and retiring carbon credits that are verified on the blockchain.
