I love it but was quite disappointed what a hassle the airlines gave me about this mobility scooter that I need because my mobility is affected by chronic back issues. I am traveling internationally for two weeks. 4 different flights, 4 different airlines. Taking out that heavy battery to place it in my carryon luggage wasn’t going to work out with my back issues. I bought it specifically for this 15 day dream trip,

It's well made and sturdy. It goes at decent paste. It just really needs a locking mechanism, so nobody can get on and take it.

You claim to never have received my immediate email after I purchased it stating I could not use the room I had been told to store it and therefore I canceled within an hour or two the day before you were going to ship it. There was no phone number to call and now your team. The only person on the phone is telling me you never received that email canceling the order on 22 September 2026. My understanding is it was shipped on the 23rd and I did not receive any word thinking I had canceled it until I heard that FedEx had it out on the truck that day and was ready to deliver it. There was only one person on the phone at your company who was not helpful. It would not transfer me to anybody to help me sort out this supposed cancellation letter that you never received even though I’ve received other emails from you guys. So I talked to FedEx and thought I had successfully rerouted the delivery back to the hub and then to you guys because I told them I had canceled the order and I could not find any charge on my account. I do have an account with FedEx and they were very reassuring and yet unfortunately the delivery arrived in still the same place in a back room and I am refusing to accept it because it was supposed to be canceled. You then sent me an email saying that I had to pay $150 to have it returned when you never received supposedly my original email cancel again which is outrageous and the one person on the telephone that is not in China has said she has escalated this but she cannot connect me to anybody to help me with this. This is the most frustrating series of events and deliveries I’ve ever been through especially because I wrote a very clear email which I have a copy of and you claim you never received it so you proceeded to send me the product and it’s sitting here and I am disabled and I cannot do anything but text and the person on the phone ended up hanging up on me at the end because she kept stating I had to write emails or send copies of my original cancellation letter which I am unable to do and I had no support for a few days to help me. The first letter had been assisted by somebody who was present that day. I also don’t trust using email with your supposed “escalation team“ because you never received my original email. And you’re now saying you’re gonna charge me $150 to send it back which seems incredibly unfair given I canceled it immediately yet you deny you got the email. I hope other people are very careful using this company as it was an extremely frustrating experience and it is still not resolved. I don’t even know what the product is like because I refuse to open it or go down and accept it and my building feels the same way, but I don’t know that FedEx should be brought in the middle, even though they did deliver it that day when they said they were going to reroute it back to you.

While I love my scooter I am very disappointed that I cannot return the T4 battery that I ordered in error. I am out $140.00 for a battery that I cannot return and no way to sell it to anyone near me. I am 80 yo and disabled.

Simple to get on order for the correct replacement.

Nice scooter. Works as expected. Easy to put together but instructions could be easier to understand.

The Hoverfly I received is not operational. I have entered MULTIPLE emails and the response I finally got was to send a video of the problem. How do you send a video of it not moving. Something has it locked up it will only go forward about six inches and then back the six inches.

The T 3 is a well made mobility scooter but not senior friendly is to heavy to lift need two healthy people to lift . This is the reason i need to return it

The Hobverfly T3 is advertised with a weight limit of 330. The true weight limit is 275. They are misleading and a fraud. To send it back they force you to pay $150.00 shipping feeto recieve the return sticker.

My wife bought one for me. I'm 320 pounds so i was to heavy for it according to the paperwork included.

This company is a Scam! Do not purchase from Hoverfly!

I didnt like that the seat had to be screwed on,and that the battery dosen't come out so I can charge it i have to bring the whole thing in the house to charges the scooter make these changes and it would be a great scooter also have the battery to last longer when these changes are made contact me so that I can try it out thank you I will ve willing to test it Shirley wilson 3613oakave Gwynnoak Maryland 21207 thank you

I received a part that was damaged out of the box. I was given a support email but no support phone number to call. I emailed the provided support email twice with no response. I am still waiting for a response so that I can get a replacement part. This is discouraging and frustrating to rely on an email support.

To sum up the scooter in one word...JUNK.

We have went through 2 so far. The first had a problem not two months after it was delivered. Then after replacing several parts, which I may add are not easy and their support videos to do so are outdated and a joke as far as being helpful.

Then they shipped us a new one but we had to pay return shipping. Now the new one is having similar issues and instead of refunding or doing something else they keep asking for longer support videos or whatever they can to drag it out....

DO not buy this product, the whole line is apparently junk and now we have a 600 dollar decoration. Poor support, sometimes non existent during Chinese holidays for weeks.

Very nice ride. Little hard in unlevel ground and wet grass.

Would be an excellent product, if only the battery was removable. Makes the folding mechanism useless, as it is only rarely possible (when the temperature is within the battery tolerance) to keep the scooter in a vehicle or space without climate control. If you don't mind keeping it in your house/apt. it's ok. But even then, you can't replace the battery as the compartment is sealed.

When I ordered through a certain website I guess it was hoverfly I was promised a little toe behind wagon for shopping accessories when you went shopping and it did not come with one for my '86-year-old mother so I'm kind of disappointed that figures companies can't come through for what they say they're going to promise

No response now 10 days to email sent to Customer support on issue that back of charger (LiFePO4) does not have a switch as cautioned in instructions

Device seems to be barely functional. It cannot even make it up the 5 degree slope on my driveway.

I have had the WORST experience with Hoverfly Mobility's customer service. You can hardly ever get anyone on the phone; and when you do you are told to reach out to customer support, which is in China and only emails you back at wee hours of the morning. They are un supportive in helping to to return the product, when there's a problem. I will NEVER use this company again.
