It's always a great experience ordering Hellofresh. The ingredients are of an amazing quality, full of flavors from around the world, different recipes every time. Great service!

Way too expensive and the quantities keep decreasing. I can't believe people would pay so much for so little. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised, in a world where people can spend more than 1000 euros on a phone...

Excellent service client

HelloFresh is an excellent concept, perfectly adapted to a modern lifestyle. A very wide variety of menus with multiple flavors that allow for culinary journeys that delight the taste buds, a supply of quality ingredients that avoids having to run to the shops—which represents a considerable saving of time—always punctual delivery often with electric vehicles, and an excellent customer service, whether by chat or phone.

There is a small downside, however, regarding the editorial style chosen for the recipe cards. In wanting to standardize the instructions, the editorial team writes "per person" in the text while displaying the totals in the margin. In the heat of the moment at the stove, this forces you into constant mental calculations and visual back-and-forth movements that are far from ergonomic.

Furthermore, the phrasing too often lacks precision. Replacing universal measurements (such as tablespoons or milliliters) with vague expressions like "a drizzle of oil", "a knob of butter" or the use of a mystery "ladle" without specifying its capacity creates inconsistencies that take away from the peace of mind during preparation. This is what I affectionately call the appearance of "Monsieur LOUCHE" (Mr. Ladle/Squinty) in my kitchen!

More rigorous instructions, genuinely tested from the user's point of view, would make the experience absolutely perfect.

An excellent concept that I highly recommend, because overall, it is really very good. Unfortunately, Monsieur LOUCHE still spoils the pleasure in the kitchen a little!

Good recipees, fresh products and nice concept

On time delivery, fresh quality ingredients, very good to excellent meals, good variety, simplified meal planning, shopping and meal prep! I love it!

I love the diversity and efficiency of this service. I think they can do better with letting us know beforehand what things we need to have already in our kitchen like butter or balsamic vinegar to complete the recipes.

We like the recipes very much, and it's convenient having everything together. There's a good choice of recipes and all are well presented. I do sometimes feel they need to be supplemented with extra veg or a salad, in order to be a balanced meal. At the moment I am still on the introductory lower price offer, so am happy with the cost and value for money. We shall see how I feel when paying full price.
