This company is the biggest scam
This company is the biggest scam. Firstly they massively overcharged me on what I purchased. I could not delete the purchase. I wrote them emails and what they came back with was unbelievable they made out they didn't know anything about my purchase and they couldn't check the emails etc they were so full of lies. And now, two months later I randomly get another bill on my bank statement of nearly $100 from them without my approval. Now I've had to cancel the credit card and raise a dispute with my bank. This company needs to be wiped off the face of the earth. DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I just received notice that 'my order' was shipped, and the cost of 1 bottle charged and NO order info as to what credit card it was charged to nothing - just linked to my email add. An 'AFTER THE FACT' sale!!! notification, when you can't refuse or cancel. I DID NOT ORDER!! IT WAS A 'SUBSCRIPTION' THEY HAD SIGNED ME UP TO IN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE A MONTH AGO, AND I WAS UNAWARE!! THIS IS A SCAM OF A BUSINESS! I REPORTED THAT THE roll on ball applicator does not work properly with re dispensing product, poor, and company thanked me for the insight! I haven't even finished the first bottle and have 2 more in cupboard, but they automatically bill you and send you out the product whether or not you wanted it!! DO NOT BUY FROM HAIROVESCA - SCAM!!! Bad experience with this company
Bad experience with this company. Made an order, entered my card number to pay for what I had ordered. They then added UNORDERED stuff(I know not what) onto my order and up the charge from what I had agreed by £25! I noticed this within an hour and asked them to cancel but was told that it had already been dispatched! To add insult to injury they have told me to send it back at my own expense and get a refund in 20 days. I am in touch with my bank.
Beware of this company!

Do not order. They automatically charge you for recurring subscription. The product barely rolls out of tube and doesn't work. This is one of those companies who do not listen to your request to cancel the unauthorized subscription. I wrote them, and they ignored my cancel request. Not an honorable company with a legit product. Reminds of magazine subscription problems. I fear I'm going to have to cancel my credit card to stop this. They’re out of the Netherlands as well, which makes them completely unbothered by a better business bureau complaint. Horrible company and useless product.

Another deep fake sell
Another deep fake sell. I ordered the product just to try before commitment. Today I found a charge on my account for another shipment which I did not order. This is a subscription based purchase that is not honestly represented up front to the purchaser.
the return process is an inconvenience so I opted for a 25% refund on the charge for the product I did not order but was scammed into a subscription. I hope I at least get the 25% refund. The product is useless as is the roll on container. Stay away from this company.

This is my first time for posting on any product. I ordered and received the product, I returned the entire order as instructed due to my physician putting me on a medication. I waited for the refund as instructed by Hairovesca, when I reached out to them regarding my refund status communication from them stopped. I am left with no other impression other than they do not stand by their word. Just heard back after sending another email, they replied that they issued a refund but need to wait 3 business days to see it post. We shall see.

Still no refund and another charge just came through ...
I was charged for four vials I never ordered in July. All four were returned Priority Mail for a refund but I never received a refund. Today they tried to charge me another$59.97 for vials I never ordered. I reported it as fraud to the bank. Will also contact Better Business Bureau, Stay away from this company if you want to save yourself a headache.

Scam with multiple orders not wanted charged
I wanted to try one tube, during the confusing checkout I ended up with 6 in my basket, could not figure out how to cancel and ended up getting all six. Tried the product, the roll on doesn’t seem to apply much if any to my scalp. After a month of using I see no difference and there is still a full tube !
Then I was charged for another 3 tubes and when I tried to cancel was told I had to ship all unused products back to The Netherlands at my own cost.
This product does not work and is a scam!!! Do not trust this company !!!
