Happy with our sliding panels
Get the sample packet! Purchased the sliding panels for our sliding glass door. Well made, cut to specifics. Hardware included could use upgrading such as the anchors. Had to buy our own more durable anchors. Instructions could be a little better.

Excellent Customer Service and Website…
Excellent Customer Service and Website Experience I am writing this review solely about my experience with Graywind’s customer service and their website, as I have not yet received the product.
Zoe from the customer service team was incredibly helpful in clarifying product details and ensuring my order was correct before proceeding. I also used their live chat, which was very responsive during business hours and a nice quick check while shopping for custom shades.
The website itself is very pleasing to use. Being able to edit and reorder the same blind from your cart, or update custom shade options without starting over, is a fantastic feature that many competitors lack.
My only minor critique is that the PDF order confirmations are somewhat poorly formatted and hard to read. Overall, a great ordering experience so far!

I love this shade
I love this shade! It's sleek and very eye catching. We had an issue with the remote and customer service made it right very quickly. The installation was a bit tricky. If the clips were bevilled a little more it would have snapped in better. But we got it.

Ordered an Arch shade for our bedroom and love it. Only issue was the remote but Graywind customer service was great and sent me a new one that works perfect! We are able to program it to go up and down at scheduled time. Recommend

Great panel blinds
The panel blinds are very lovely and work nicely. They slide very easily. The only drawback was that they were not easily installed since it was installed on a sliding glass door and needed two people to manage installation. However, the final result was well worth it.

Poorly made
Poorly made . Plastic to attach valance bad had to modify to just allow it to be installed falls off so had to glue it. One slat wont turn with the other. Wand connection is way to close to the slat so has a had time turning. Hat to take off factory ring and modify just to turn the slats. Would not buy again. Customer service was good and responsive though.

Perfect fit
We have some trapezoidal windows that are more than 10 feet off the floor. Of course the sun comes in them during certain times of the year. We bought shades to cover them. The shades were delivered quicker than promised, and were easy to install (after setting up scaffolding). They now block out all the sun, and we can open/close them with the remote.

I wanted to take advantage of the 8% discount as I needed to buy 3 blinds. They only apply it to one blind. I am a returning customer who has bought 7 blinds already. Very disappointed that they would not give me a discount. I will search for another company next time before I buy any further blinds.

As advertised, beautiful and functioning well. Only thing is installing instructions are vague and leave out details. Like there is a piece that goes on first and another one that goes on last. Should be marked more clearly. Also the video they provided is pretty good but conflicting between video and pdf.

The half moon custom shade fit and works. There were zero written instructions in the box. The cost seems about 3 times too high for what it is, but it did come as promised and it works!
