All the advertising suggests that this type of pan is game changing and naturally non-stick. Possibly the biggest load of #%€*¥{%## that has ever been claimed of anything. DO NOT BUY!

Good construction but still have problem with food sticking on pan. My eggs sticks to pan unlike my previous nonstick pans.

Customer service is absolutely terrible; there is zero respect. Returning an item after they fail to deliver on the promises made about the product is simply impossible. They are slow to respond, and then—after making you send videos multiple times—they claim they never received them. I’ve been emailing them for weeks, only to get ridiculous answers in the end; you’re left with your back against the wall, unable to do anything. I’m out of pocket and stuck with a device that doesn't do what they promised. I have just one word for it: "outrageous"!!!!!!!
After I posted this review, they immediately emailed me saying I would get my money back after all if I removed the review.
I agreed and deleted it, but I received no further response; they had even blocked me, as I was unable to send any more emails.
So, I am posting this review again now.

I bought the 10" skillet and followed all the directions. Food sticks badly, worse than seasoned cast iron. If you fry an egg, the bottom will be welded to the pan. I sent 2 emails requesting a return and got no reply.

Note: contrary to the response below, the company has not emailed me.

The titanium pan is not only beautiful but cooks quickly on my induction plate. The food is delicious and better than my stainless steel pans. Cleaning it is simple after letting it cool off wipe it clean.

Last weekend I had two friends cooking here at my house. They were using the titanium kettle and both of them want to get one. That speaks well for your product.

DON'T BUY FROM TITANCORE!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! NO REFUND ON A PAN WHICH WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED IN FEBRUARY OF 2026!
I was in contact with them on numerous occasions via email, sending them pics over and over of the damaged pan, the empty boxes they came in and the whole set of pans and utensils that I ordered per their requests.
I wrote a bad review before complaining about their bad customer service in which I specified the above.
I received this email from them on 07/06/26:

I replied to them in an email dated 07/13/26 letting them know that I had deleted the bad review.
I DELETED THE REVIEW IN GOOD FAITH AND TO DATE - NOTHING!! GO FIGURE!!

I have not yet mastered the technique of frying eggs in either of my new Titancore frying pans. I don't know if it is a heat issue (I have been using a low setting on my gas range) or a timing issue (not preheating long enough or trying to turn the eggs to soon). I hope to figure this out soon, because I really like the Titancore pans for making sauces and frying meat. Also, it cleans up very nicely.

Thought would be more non stick. Food sticks even with oil. Have to scrape food off .

Titanium pans are the latest trend, and while there are many options out there, if you ever find one at a ridiculously low price, don't buy it—you'll just end up with junk. I bought my TitanCore pan in the perfect size for me at a fair price; the TitanCore support team shows you how to use it, and it works perfectly. Eggs and bacon in the morning won't stick if you use it right: medium heat for a couple of minutes, a drop of water skittering across the surface, then lower the flame. You can cook whatever you like—adding a little premium beef tallow or nothing at all, depending on the food. It’s a pan with good heft, not thin like an aluminum can; I hope it lasts for many years. I highly recommend the TitanCore line.

Titan core claims to be non-stick without chemicals. I followed all instructions (low heat etc), used the same amount of oil I'd use in my other pans, but EVERYTHING STICKS. They sent me an instructional video for the pan but the egg they were cooking was in a swimming pool of oil. Nothing will stick in that amount of oil. The use of oil is never mentioned in their advertising either, ridiculous. I'm not not pleased with the pan and asked for a refund, sent the pictures to show I was using it properly and received this as a reply "Thanks for sending photos and for your reply. After reviewing your concern, please note that the items are not defective or damaged based on our fulfillment records. Since this is a return due to personal preference and not a product defect, the return shipping will need to be covered by the customer. Returns to our warehouse typically cost around €30 or more, depending on your location and the package weight." IT IS A TOTAL PRODUCT DEFECT AS IT DOESN'T PERFORM, AT ALL, AS ADVERTISED. Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid TitanCore and it's zero customer service at all cost.

If the recommended heating directions are followed this item works as advertised. Am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it. Only problem is handle screws come loose on occasion. Keep up the good work

Ordered, it arrived after a long wait.
Seasoned as per instructions, heated and oiled as per instructions, everything sticks to it.
Pan is warped, so does not sit flat on glass cooker top.
Apparently it has a lifetime warranty - customer service have you jump through hoops then just refuce to deal with claim.
Avoid at all costs.

Disappointed that the order came without the full freebies. Used few times and the fried eggs as suggested by your team stick each use.

Very good pan will not stick if used correctly.!!

I always say that the calibre of any company is measured by its customer service. I can only compliment Titan core for dealing well with my issue. Thank you Titancore.

First of all through media like Instagram or Facebook has brought me to purchase this cookware. It has indeed carried highly recommended this frying pan, upon receiving it, wash it and start the ceremony to cook on it, amazingly cook well of my dishes of food on low heat, the heat spread evenly in no time and easy to wash, effortlessly clean. If you have big family, suggest to buy bigger diameter, more than 22cm, mark my words, guarantee with no regrets.

The only thing non stick was the handle it let go of my hand as it went in the trash! Used 2 to 3 times the oil everything sticks and cant return !

Love my titanium pan. Everything cooks great, tastes great and so easy to clean!

Very bad quality and customer service not responding.

We followed the instructions exactly according to the attached manual.
However after the first use we found out:
-the bottom surface of the pan is curved and not flat as someone might expect. As a result there is no good contact; the pan is very easily rotating and heat is not evenly spread.
-after the first use, there are some „burn marks“ that are insisting-also not supposed to be so.

I wrote an e-mail and after almost 2 months, I still did not get a response about return or refund.
