I canceled my subscription on May 30

I canceled my subscription on May 30, 2025, and even received a confirmation email from the Fluently team saying that my subscription was successfully canceled.
However, I was still charged $44.99 again on June 1 and September 1.

Despite the confirmation, my subscription apparently wasn’t canceled at all. I even have the email from May 30 confirming it. I’ve tried to contact the Fluently team several times to request a refund, but I never received any reply.

I’m really disappointed — I paid $90 for this app without use it, and no one seems to take responsibility. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
