Flatbike, Inc. Reviews

It's a bit early to say, because I keep procrastinating the job I bought the tubes for. But thanks for prompt shipping and asking about my experience.

I carry this little thing on every ride. The Ultimate Bike Tool packs hex wrenches, Torx bits, a Phillips driver, and even a chain tool all in one slim, rugged package. It’s light (~105 g) but tough, and it’ll handle everything from chain repairs to tightening bolts. No bulky multitool clutter, just smart, compact versatility.

Bob is responsive and having issues with my order recently. Unable to address with the first interaction.

Great Bike and Amazing Customer Service

I spoke with the owner and he gave me the best recommendation and when I ordered and got the bike I was simply amazed. My next bike will be again from Flatbike ;)

Before purchase Bob Forgrave was on hand to answer all of my questions.
Once ordered, my pedals arrived in Sweden within 3 working days.

Bob was very responsive and helpful in fulfilling my bike order

I am enjoying building a bike from scratch so that I can easily take it on public transport

Love the removable pedals. Makes handling our e-bikes much easier when load onto rack. Very secure. Great communication.

Excellent service. Great communication.

Fast shipping and well made product that fits my use case perfectly

Flatbike provides full size folding bikes and smart conversion kits that make storing and transporting your bike effortless without compromising performance. Ideal for tight spaces, car trunks, or RV's, they make cycling more convenient, portable and ready for adventure....

Provided options and crafted to my preferences.

Even though I was ordering from the US East Coast, the owner answered all my questions via phone. The order process was smooth and the shipping flawless.

A great company with innovative products. Their offerings make my bike store so easily in my living space. Great customer service. Will return for future purchases.

I had previously purchased some inexpensive removable pedals from Amazon and they ended up wrecking 2 crank arms by coming lose and stripping them.

I purchased the MTB removable pedals and not only are they rock solid, but they make my feet feel much more planted. Great pedals. I would recommend them to anyone!

Shipped and received quickly. very well packaged. most importantly quality is top notch. Bigger and wider than expected which is great.

I'm very happy with this product. They were purchased for use on my e-bike. The pop-off pedals are very high quality and are extremely grippy on your shoes. Once your feet are planted they stay there. They were easy to install. They are so easy to remove and replace. When removed they make loading the bikes on the car bike rack extremely easy. Now I don't have to worry about pedal position hitting the rack or the other bike, scratching paint or interfering with loading. This product significantly improved the rack loading and unloading process and saved alot of time. I highly recommend the Flatbike pop-off pedals product.

The selection at the store is decent, but I felt the staff could be a bit more helpful. Good bikes, just not enough variety for my taste. Overall, a fair experience.

Finally, removable pedals that are big enough to use for mountain biking. I tried other brands but the pedals were smaller and did not seem like they could take the beating of mountain biking. The Flat Bike pedals have a smart design and are built strong so I can have confidence in them. I now have two sets.

Bob Forgave is a great innovator, entrepreneur and accessible business owner. Great service, great product!
