Made an order around 8pm but then saw the overwhemingly negative reviews about the quality and company as a whole.

Attempted to cancel within the 6 hours alloted time within their policy via their contact form but received no confirmation. Re-requested this around 11pm and asked for confirmation of the cancellation.

Still no confirmation the next day so raised a contact informing them of this. Received the first communication at 7am since the order confirmation the previous night, telling me my request is declined as it was now out of the 6 hour processing window.

Provided them screenshots of my initial request for cancellation but only received a further email stating there was nothing they can do - luckily, this purchase was made via my credit card so have raised a dispute with them if this company tries to take money.

Absolutely avoid these crooks of a company!!

Same as the other users. Size is way way way too small (I ordered a large and at best it is a child medium). Quality is poor (A Fruit of the Look T-shirt sold at WalMart for $20 for a pack of 4 is much better). It says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Absolutely no way there is one customer who is satisfied here..... and read the refund policy. There is not one. yet it's "satisfaction 100% guaranteed....."

All the 1 star and lower reviews are spot on about this SCAMMER company. Ariana Hoang with customer service has done nothing but ask for pictures. After sending all she ask for I was told they need to see the shipping label. I threw it out when I opened the package. 3 XL shirts look to be for a child maybe a large. I'm 6' 205 and I could not believe how short and small they were. I plan to leave the same review on their Linkedin site as well. This company is a ripoff. I would think all the video's of the guys trying on the shirts are AI generated for fitment. BEWARE!!!!!

Never received my shirt and customer service will not give me a refund. I proved to them the items were delivered to the wrong address based on the postal office confirmation number and they still will not give me a refund after over a month!

Do not order from this company. I spent a lot of money on 3 shirts that were never delivered. Their customer support was terrible. They told me that I needed to take it up with the USPS. No help from them whatsoever. Terrible company, terrible customer service.

This is nothing but a scummy, scam artist company. Save your money and don’t get hoodwinked like I did, the shirts materials are cheap, low quality polyester, no spandex at all. The material makes your skin break out in rashes. I tried to get a refund on my product for customer dissatisfaction and they denied me. Any great company would gladly have a customer satisfaction refund policy, but not this scam outfit. Save your money and run like your hair is on fire before you hit that ‘order now’ button!!! This company won’t be in business much longer. I will never even think of purchasing anything from these scam artists again!

I ordered on June 30th and was supposed to receive the order around mid-July. It's now September and I still haven't received anything. The order tracking shows that the item was delivered to a "storage locker" with my zip code(no address mentioned anywhere). I contacted Executive Basic and was told to contact the carrier, some company I've never heard of and can't find any contact info for them on the order tracker.

These tees are absolute garbage. The fit is horrible. Ordered XL for my husband and they fit like a S/M.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Customer service was absolutely NO help at all!

t-shirts were small and they didn't offer any change or compensation, this is a blatant SCAM!

shirts took ages to arrive are way smaller than advertised and the quality is terrible. really thin material and zero stretch

Selected one star because I couldn't write a review with zero, but the worst customer service and product I've ever purchased online. I was fooled, but I hope this review helps future customers.

, but my experience is the same. Shirt fits my 8 year old…material is scratchy, and customer service is treating me like a scam artist…which is ironic. On my third email of asking for money back while still getting pushback asking for pics and explanations.

Please do not buy from this company. The poorest quality item I’ve ever purchased.

Again this company is not worth the 1 Star.. unfortunately no default to a minus Star rating!
Placed order through an Ad on LinkedIn which you would think would be genuine.. haha was I scammed or what.
Order arrived (based on other reviews this was a bonus) but I now wish it hadn’t..
1) Ordered large T-shirts and they wouldn’t fit a child
2) 2 of the items were the wrong colour
3) Material is of extremely poor quality
4) This non iron quote is a joke, you can’t iron out the creases that existed when remove them as they were stuffed into a poly bag
Unfortunately I made the mistake of not reading previous reviews which would have raised the red flag immediately.
To ensure this doesn’t happen to folks in the future I have contacted Trading Standards with all the evidence that I provided to this Company and the continuing delaying tactics employed by them.

Shirts are just awful? Shiney and cheap. Poorly packaged and no comeback even though it states 100% guarantee. Avoid avoid avoid.

Product never delivered, no response on refund. Terrible company do not waste your time or money. Seem to be a scam out of China, all the reviews are terrible.

I did receive my shirts. Made the mistake of believing the website hype. Simply don't buy them. They are not as described... they are not wrinkle free. And surprise surprise now I want a refund they are not returning my communications. Please take heed and don't give them any more business.

I strongly recommend that potential customers DO NOT purchase anything from Executive Basic.

I ordered three shirts on July 17, and I still have not received them. The tracking information shows that the shipment has been sitting in the same location for more than a week, with no meaningful movement or explanation.

Even more troubling, I have contacted Executive Basic multiple times by email and received absolutely no satisfactory response. When a company takes your money, fails to deliver your merchandise, and then ignores repeated attempts to contact them, that is completely unacceptable.

At this point, I have serious concerns about whether I will ever receive the shirts or get my money back. Whatever the reason for the delay, a legitimate and responsible company should communicate with its customers and resolve problems—not simply disappear when customers ask where their order is.

My experience with Executive Basic has been extremely disappointing. I would not trust this company with another dollar.

BUYER BEWARE. Do your research before ordering. In my experience, spending money with Executive Basic has been a complete waste of time and an extremely frustrating experience.

I hate to even leave a 1 star review for this company. Their Google review rating on their website is false. I order shirts a month ago for a trip and still have not receive. I believe this company is outside the United States and is a complete fraud. Their return policy is 6 hours within order time. I now have to put in a dispute with my credit card company because Their lack of customer service is unwilling to work with me. I wish I would have googled reviews before ordering as I would have seen the tremendously poor reputation of this company.

Well what a mistake.
Slow delivery stuffed into polythene bags.
No garment content or care labels.
Everything they say about “no wrinkles”.. “no iron” is total nonsense.
Expensive rubbish.
