I ordered an EV adapter and was given an international tracking number claiming the package had shipped. For well over a month, the tracking remained permanently stuck on "Waiting to be picked up by carrier," confirming the package was never physically handed over to a courier.

When contacted, customer support repeatedly stalled with false delivery promises. Instead of honoring straightforward cancellation and refund requests, they ignored carrier reality and repeatedly offered financial "allowances" to buy time and discourage payment disputes.

Completely dishonest practices and zero accountability. Avoid this seller unless you want your money tied up and have to escalate through payment protection.

Horrible experience. Bought items on their website. Waited for 2 months said items not in stock. Careful on items being purchase as they're will not have in stock but will take your money first. You will get back your money and wasted time if that you ordered.

AVOID ----Sent me a shade with no way to install rear tabs as holes were not drilled. Took weeks to explain it to them - photos etc, I tried to use double sided tape as we needed some shade - never worked. Took a month for them to send me another one -I installed it - within 2 weeks the shade ripped while pulling (it got caught on the sharp edge on slide) it open - then would not open at all. I sent them a video of it not working and showing damage. Finally I said I want a refund - and they would only give me a refund after I sent them a "photo of the product after it has been destroyed with your phone". "We will then provide you with a full refund". Its installed as a shade now until I can get a replacement, it does not open at all. So blackmailing me to destroy (god forbid I use it as a shade for a time until I get a replacement?) it fully (even though they have video of it not opening) so I cannot even use the limited shade that is left is petty, cheap and extremely poor service. Just another crap Chinese product.

I purchase an item, never opened the box, returned the item (again in unopened box) and EVBase would not return my money. I open a dispute with credit card company and EVBase sent me return label for shipping which I agreed to pay $50. I closed the dispute, now EVbase has all these excuses why they can't return my money. The bottom line is they have their item and my money. BUYER BEWARE

I would give them less than one star if possible. I ordered something two months ago that must have been lost. I could see via the tracking number they provided that the product hadn’t moved in several weeks at the post office. I then contacted customer service and they offered to resend. I said ok to that. Waited a couple of weeks with no response and it contacted them again. I said I still wanted the product and have yet to hear back from them. I had a positive purchase experience a few months ago and that is why I purchased them again. Based on this, I will never order from them again. I feel like they have taken my money and I’ll never see the product.

Ordered a product online last week. There was no indication that the product was not in stock. Paid for my purchase and waiting for shipping info. One week later I messaged customer service and they told me the product is not in stock and that I would have to wait indefinitely to receive my order. Had i known it was not in stock I probably would have looked elsewhere .Shady business practice. I am curious to see how long it takes to receive my product and if it is as advertised.

Terrible business practice. I placed and paid for my order, and month went by before EVBASE emailed me saying their original price no longer covered their costs and demanded another $10 before they would ship it. If you advertise a price and accept payment, you should honor it. Waiting months and then changing the price after the sale feels extremely unprofessional and left a very bad impression.

I bought some tesla rim covers. They did not fit my truck. I have been trying to return them for over a month. They never pick up their customer service line. Email, they are always trying to may the process very difficult. I have tried to return 3 separate items over the last year and they have made it impossible to do so. Unfortunately they have the items that will set your cyber truck apart for the rest of the crowd. So they have a lock on that. When you get your items the box is always damaged but two of them I did order were not damaged and I was very happy the two items that fit. It's just a roll of the dice and they will not refund your money no matter what!!!

Absolute SCAM of a company.

Ordered product from website but was sent a different cheaper version, raised a claim with them of which they ignored, purchased via PayPal so raised a claim via them.

EVBase offered for me to ship it back then withdrew it as I'm based in UK, they then offered 10% discount on a product of no use to me at at all.

The only option I was left with was to ship back at my expense - The shipping back was more then the product was originally purchased for.

No support from PayPal as I refused to ship back at that cost and no support from EVBASE.

Absolute con, advertise a quality product and then send out a cheap poor quality one with no way of sending it back.

Junk colored steering wheel. Takes evbase a month to even ship and the dye and material wears off in a year. Throw away product. They offered me 5% off a new one!

Ordered items from their website with no indication the items were not in stock. They took my money but I didn’t receive any tracking info. Waited a week with still nothing so I emailed them. They replied saying that my item wont be shipped for at least another two weeks and I won’t receive for another month. If I had known this before paying I would have looked elsewhere, very sneaky and grubby on their behalf. Not happy but will wait nonetheless. I’ll be interested to see if the product is any good, hopefully better than their business practices!

we have been searching for 18" Model Y wheel covers forever and EVBase is the only company to provide these. Even though it took a while to get them because they were brand new product the communication with the company was 1st class. the quality of the product is also 1st class.

Ordered a spoiler last month and they shipped it with some bogus carrier who claims there is no access to my location. I live in an apartment building with security that is 24/7. I have working intercom and a working phone number. I also have a mailroom. How do you not have access? lol this company is a joke. I contacted evbase and they said to contact carrier . Carrier never responds . I called and emailed them. It is over a month now so I am going to contact my credit card and have them reverse the payment and show them proof of non delivery. I will never buy again.

Item was ordered and my credit card was charged on April 11th. Order apparently shipped from China. Tracking information is in Chinese!

Called their support line and went to voicemail.

Pay the extra from other suppliers and avoid this company.

Horrible company. No customer support. Ordered from them 10 days ago still no tracking updates or response from owner. They are just reselling stuff from Temu. Stay away save yourself the frustration. The positive reviews are a scam

Purchased a set of caliper covers which arrived timely. After opening the box, discovered that one of the brackets for the rear cover was missing. Sent a email to customer service requesting the missing bracket. After a few days waiting for a response, nothing! I called their customer service number and it goes straight to voicemail, which has a full mailbox, so you can’t leave a message either. It’s been a few weeks with no response from the company after several emails. If you are considering a purchase, beware, if you have an issue, there is no customer service and you are on your own.

I would not recommend this company, I ordered 3 items, one was delivered but they claimed all 3 had. I went back to them and basically ignored the email after the initial response. Items eventually arrived.
I don’t mind the parcels arriving separately, but do not appreciate being told they were delivered when they weren’t.
If you are buying with them make sure you use PayPal as their refund process is faultless as they put a temporary refund in whilst awaiting review.

I have never received my order.
This company is bullshit
