Used it a few times, have always been reliable. One time I even bought base game instead of DLC by mistake and they helped me catch it through their Steam product activation browser extension, so I was able to get my money back SAME DAY and use that money to get the DLC I wanted originally.

Really disappointing experience with Eneba.

One of the worst customer support experiences I’ve had. I bought a game that was basically unusable from the start. It didn't even start until after hours of me trying to fix it, when I finally loaded into the game, it kept crashing, and I spent even more hours troubleshooting it myself by repairing the game, verifying files, updating drivers, checking crash logs, repairing Xbox services and reinstalling game content.

Instead of actually helping, Eneba support kept passing the problem back to me. At one point I was even told to resell the key, despite it already being redeemed. They later admitted that was a mistake.

Teresa was especially unhelpful. Even after I clearly explained that the issue was the game not functioning properly, the replies kept coming back to “the key activated successfully” and telling me to contact Microsoft myself before they would properly review the case.

I asked for a refund, partial refund, store credit or any reasonable compensation and got nowhere. The whole process felt like they were trying to wear me down until I gave up.

Once your key is redeemed, don’t expect much support if the actual product doesn’t work. I definitely won’t be buying from Eneba again.
