Very annoyed that they can only be use once, then you throw after 5 days. There very pricey for them to be thrown away. If I had known this I would have probably gone on Amazon and gone for a cheaper brand to try. I wanted to use a few at a time but to expensive for that reason. To expensive throw away after 5 days of use little disappointed in this.

I think the customer service, reaching out and delivery and packaging of the ear seeds is fantastic. So for that I would give 5 stars, unfortunately the seeds don't seem to be working for me as I'd hoped. However, I am someone as a very poor sleeper who has tried everything unsuccessfully. My nephew who also suffers recommended these and I know he had great success with them, so I may just be unlucky. I will be using them all to see if they work as only been using 10days.

They arrived quickly. I found them difficult to put on, resulting in putting them in incorrect place and sometimes losing them. I think they worked slightly and would probably work better with more practice putting them on but cannot afford to keep practicing as I lost 7 trying to put them on!

It’s been almost three weeks since I ordered the ear seeds and multiple emails to and from the customer service team later and I still haven’t received them! What’s worse is they keep sending me marketing emails to say how wonderful they are and what I should be doing with the ear seeds despite knowing they’ve not arrived. Talk about rubbing salt into the wounds! Shocking customer service and even worse communications. It’s so frustrating. How stupid to ask for Trustpilot feedback knowing I haven’t received them which says it all really. It’s mad! They really need to coordinate their marketing communications with customer service activity.

Waste of money, they don’t tell you that you need several pairs of hands to put them in place, lost the first 3 trying to out them on, they say they last for up to 5 days, mine fell off within 24hrs. Will not buy again, would actually like a refund

I just love wearing these ear seeds and I honestly believe they work. I have used them for headaches and lack of sleep. I achieve the best nights sleep and wake refreshed.

Worked as soon as a applied it. My main area was for bloating. Very easy to apply, love the instructions booklet that comes with it..great packaging and quick delivery..

Not that easy to apply, a bit fiddly. Quite pricey, lovely packaging but it is necessary? Probably drives up the price point …..

Fast service

It arrived really quickly and is beautifully packaged with very clear instructions. Fiddly to put on and not 100% sure they are in the right place but I did the stress one first and I think kept me less stressy than I would have been otherwise but interestingly not less emotional and now trying the digestive one and I think is helping. Haven’t had the mid afternoon sugar cravings… maybe I do have them in the right place!

Loved the idea but a sticker came off and the bead ended up in my ear canal, I felt an itch, luckily I tilted my head and it came out. I had aligned them for focus and gently massaged as seen on dragons den.

This is my first order of east healing nickel free ear seeds. My experience so far has been poor. The ear seed has come out of the sticker on 4 of the applications varying from on day 1 to day 3. I think that the seed is bursting through the sticker as the sticker was still in situ. Advice is to gently massage the seeds to stimulate the acupressure. I am paranoid now about getting the seeds in my ear canal. Very costly for a product of poor quality.

Only been using ear seeds for 5 days to help with menopause symptoms, but so far so good. I definitely have felt calmer at work.

Timely delivery and beautiful packaging. So far seeing no difference to sleep but will keep applying. Will also try stress protocol and hope for better results. Fiddly to apply first one but soon mastered it. Lovely packaging.

Great customer commnication with the order process. Items arrived lovely packaging. I have used them for 5 days and no difference. Also, I couldn't sleep on the side with the seeds as they hurt! Going to try again with a different ear map - but the placement of the ones that hurt are the ones I wanted to concentrate on - so they probably aren't for me. Shame as I was really hoping they'd help.
