I contacted Mark to ask for help to rectify the situation if possible.

We enquired for a product that they didn’t do! Instead of saying no, they said we haven’t done that before, give us a couple of weeks and we will see if it’s possible? Within two weeks they provided the image as we wanted it and a price. We placed our order and within 15 days we received exactly what we wanted. Fabulous customer service, fantastic quality product and competitive pricing.

Cut to size with prefilled holes a perfect fit. It was packed well with fixing screws included. It was everything I expected and looks good too.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. When I made an initial mistake with my order, the support I received was exceptional. Every response was quick, helpful, and reassuring, and nothing felt like too much trouble.
The finished product is absolutely beautiful and has transformed our kitchen. The quality and customer service have both been outstanding.

Excellent product and instructions on how to install!
Because it was a bespoke size it did take as long as they said it would to arrive.. but it did so , well packed and in one piece!

The splashback was a specific size for our kitchen and fits very well, it is black and matches the hob, oven and extractor. The price was the maximum we were prepared to pay. The custom size required a longer time, which was advised at purchase, it was delivered when quoted.
We would recommend this company.
