Your drivers are very experienced and really know their way around the five boroughs. I had a couple of hair-raising rides, but after having made many visits to NYC, that's nothing new!
Sometimes I had trouble finding my driver. He would call me when 'on location' but since I was outside waiting, it was hard to hear/understand him. We did connect eventually. I'll continue to use Dial7 on my annual trips to NYC.

Very prompt and professional
Very prompt and professional. Driver was early so we had an opportunity to gain some additional time getting to the airport. He chose the quickest route which made us alot more relaxing overall.

The driver was really nice guy. I told him to change routes which got me to my destination slightly quicker because his GPS was temporarily not working and he thanked me.
