The bike was used, but he was in well condition. Well maintained I just have to change the brake pads and bleed the brace cause the oil from the brakes were very dirty. Other than that the bike
you solve it.

The process of ordering was simple. When I had questions, you response was timely and the delivery, though not on time, wasn't your fault. The bike arrived in great shape. The only blemish was, when I took it to my bike shop for a thorough inspection and drivechain upgrades, they noted that the crank had a recall issued and are taking care of that. Easy to miss I'm sure. My recommendation for the future is to check the main components for any recall issues. Thank you!

Originally, the wrong part was received. I was amazed at how promptly I received a response when I notified them of the mistake and I had the correct part within three business days, in pristine condition.

Bike was shipped in a timely manner. Packaging was perfect and I received exactly what was described. The bike was super clean to the point I didn’t want to ride it and get it dirty. That feeling has changed and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my new to me ride so far.

I ordered a Reeb SST Medium, it was listed at used but from what I can tell this has never been used. The frame is perfect. It was beautifully packed and shipped extremely fast. Everything I have ever ordered from cycle limited has been priced extremely well.

Horrible experience- front wheel showed damage from poor packing job, when asked to resolve the issue customer service offered 50$ and brushed off the issue with my rim being dented vs just a scratched or damaged decal. I don’t care about decals…

Everything was great, except the bike came with 2.2 tires, which in my opinion were too narrow, and required me to purchase new tires. Wish I could have taken care of that before shipping so I could ride right away. As it is, I'm waiting for my new tires before riding because I would like to see if I can get something for the 2.2 tires. Otherwise I appreciated the Labor Day discount and I'm looking forward to riding soon!
