The staff in Corrys in Castelderg are always there to help& always time to ask how everyone is. In recent years I had a bereavement & the staff went above to help us as a family with delivery of much needed medication & we will always be grateful for their help & concern. Poor customer service “Dumped by the side of the road”
Myself and my wife have been customers of Corrys for over a year now and spent thousands of euros in that time.
Normally we get our prescriptions delivered as it’s a 4 hour drive each way from where I live.
Received a generic email from them today saying delivery no longer possible and not even a follow up on my email looking for an explanation.
Really really annoyed about this.
They took the money and ran…..
