Excellent Service from Gracie and Jack!
I recently arranged finance for my Ford Ranger Raptor through Charles & Dean, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Gracie and Jack.
From start to finish, both were incredibly helpful, professional and approachable. They kept me regularly updated throughout the process, answered my questions clearly and took the time to address any concerns I had regarding the finance paperwork.
A special thank you to Gracie for her excellent communication and for keeping everything moving towards the final payout. It genuinely felt like they cared about getting everything sorted properly rather than simply completing another application.
Buying a vehicle is an exciting experience, and having people who are reliable, responsive and genuinely pleasant to deal with makes a huge difference.
A fantastic experience overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

Jack and Gracie
Jack was incredible in finding car finance offers for me in order to fund my dream car. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and was heavily invested in getting this across the line for me. Once this was locked into place, Gracie from the operations team made the paperwork process seamless and answered every question I had, just like Jack in being kind and professional. I couldn’t recommend dealing with them both enough, will definitely be my go to should I need vehicle financing in the future.

They responded to a form I submitted on-line. Came up with a good offer. Gave me plenty of time to look around and ensure I was happy with the offer. George was easy to deal with. Gave very clear explanations of how to complete the process and funds arrived far quicker than anticipated. All in all a great experience.
