It works, ok prices and pleased with the products. However the specified delivery time to Sweden was 3-5 working days, but it took 8 working days, in total 12 days. That's quite a diffence when you are waiting eagerly. The cost for delivery was about 9 euros.

Royal Mail the broken part of the service
I had to go to the Royal Mail Office 8 miles away to pick up the parcel after 3 failed delivery attempts. Their app has major errors and doesn't allow re-deliveries. That said once picked up the product was a different one to the one I ordered. Its ok but not the same.

Carethy is a scam
This company is a scam!
I placed my order with Carethy on 13 August 2026, and I was told it would arrive within around 10 business days. It is now 3 October and I still haven’t received it.
The tracking has shown no meaningful movement since 17 August, yet Carethy continues to tell me that the parcel is “in transit” and to contact my local transport office.
I have contacted Carethy several times, but I have not received a clear explanation or a resolution. I paid $120.60 AUD, including $43.99 for shipping, and I am still left without my order.
If this is not resolved ASAP, I will be reporting my experience to Scamwatch/ACCC and pursuing the matter through the appropriate Australian consumer protection channels.
