Excellent item as described, kept me informed throughout, up till delivery

Quick turnaround, good communication, prompt delivery

Have not received my order well beyond the timeframe. I paid for super fast track delivery. I have emailed 3 times over a week and a half and received no reply. No order. No communication. Very late. Tracking hasn't moved in almost a week and it says it's delayed after it cleared customs in the US.

I've thought a lot about my review here. There have been some problems with my order, a FC26 Evolution Upgrade Metal / Large (56cm x 37cm).

The first arrived bent, the Post Office admitted it was their fault as they damaged it. CardsPlug no problem we will send a replacement.

I've also had an issue attaching the large metal card to the wall. CardsPlug, no problem, we will send you another bracket.

Now, with both issues, I can't say I was my best self on my email complaints. CardsPlug, professional and polite every time. You simply don't get customer service like that from many companies anymore. These guys are great,

Are they a little expensive, maybe, are they worth the money? 100%, the look on my son's face AND their amazing customer service makes me 100% sure to be a returning customer.

3 deliveries and still not what I ordered.

Card delivered without the luxury gift packaging ordered. I will say that the card itself was decent enough quality.

Contacted customer service who sent out the box which arrived promptly… and didn’t fit the card I’d ordered.

New box was sent and still didn’t fit. Was told this box fits multiple cards so should fit, sent multiple videos and photos to show this wasn’t the case.

Did they resolve the issue? Nope. They said they wouldn’t be able to sort it out. And I would have to send it back to get a refund.

Have they sent me an address, have they paid postage or anything? Nope. Have I heard anything since they told me that I would need to do this? Nope.

And in the process of attempting to squeeze the card into packaging that they insisted was suitable, the card has now gotten chipped

Amazing service from start to finish

Really good quality and the mounting brackets were good ensuring the card fits flush to my son’s wall. My son absolutely loves the card!

Saw this on social media. Ordered, very fast delivery and my son said it was his favorite birthday present of the whole day.

Impressed with the card. Had some issues however the customer service resolved it, I recommend using the whatapp function for a swifter response.

My son really loves his card. He’s over the moon with it so thank you . The picture quality could have been slightly better but that was my initial feeling on first glance. Ultimately he’s very happy and that’s all that matters . I coach a football team so I’ve encouraged all players parents to get one ☝️

Amazing final product. It feels and looks high quality. The image I uploaded has been printed sharp and detailed. I am extremely excited to see my son's face when he opens this on his birthday. The delivery was quick and package was packed well. Would definitely recommend and use again myself. Thankyou

My third purchase from CardsPlug and I'm sure it won't be the last. This one was for me, the closest I'll ever get to a real one, and I love it (especially the ratings, which fully reflected a person of my age!). The whole process is just so straightforward, it hardly takes any time at all and they keep you updated throughout the process, including sending a preview so you can double check everything before it's sent.

They are very fast on corrections and will let you know and or respond to you if any mistakes are present. Great customer service and perfect gifts for family and friends!

The quality of the product is very good, unfortunately having paid extra for quick delivery it was anything but, arriving a week later, missing the occasion where the recipient would be given the gift, quite annoying when I pay extra to ensure its arrival.

We use CardsPlug for our Hall of Fame rewards for The Athlete Academy and they never miss! We’ve ordered about 15 to date and they never disappointed!

Poor quality of the product and most importantly the item arrived way later then 3-5 business days as it was advertised and my sons birthday was passed already by the time I received the item. No compensation whatsoever even though I reached out to the customer service via WhatsApp.

I got the card for my friend. He was really surprised. The quality, size, poc modifications and everything was great. I wish I had ordered one for myself too. Go for it guys.
