We booked a private hire from Edinburgh airport to Glasgow. The hire was there on time and easy to find. The bus itself was spotless and very comfortable. Good communication with the driver too beforehand. We booked for a group of 10 and would highly recommend!

We used Busways for a large family trip in Ireland and the service was exceptional! Tim helpfully stayed in touch throughout our planning and the bus was waiting outside our hotel at the expected time. Our driver Lee was a good sport as we travelled the small country roads and lanes. He was with us for the entire day, moving us from village to village, with a ready smile and excellent driving. I highly recommend Busways for travel and exceptional service!

Had a great experience using Busways. Process was made very easy from initial contact right through to all arriving safely home after a family wedding. Competitive pricing too! Tim was so helpful and made sure we had contact details for David the driver on the night! He arrived promptly and was professional and patient with the group. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect with this company and our transfers. I would especially like to thank Tim Maxwell for his availability, professionalism, and kindness. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, but Tim went above and beyond to solve the situation and arrange a later transfer for our group of 21 people.
The drivers were very friendly, and the buses were comfortable and well-maintained. I’ve been organizing group trips for some years now and this is by far the best bus company I’ve ever worked with.

Excellent service booked a deluxe 16 seater to go from Castleford to Gateshead with return. Easy to book with good communication throughout the run up to the trip. Vehicle arrived punctually in excellent condition for the journey. Definitely recommend this company for all your needs small or large and I will be using this company again for future trips.

We had a wonderful experience with this transport company. Our journey from Edinburgh to Crieff was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The bus was elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, and our driver, Tim, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the trip.

The journey took around an hour and a half, but honestly, we hardly noticed the time passing. The beautiful scenery, lovely route, and comfortable atmosphere made the journey itself part of the experience.

We are very happy that we chose this company and would be delighted to use their services again for our future family trips.

We had an amazing experience! We hired a car with a driver for our Cornwall & Durdle door trip and everything went really smoothly. The car was comfortable and our driver was very friendly, professional, punctual and helpful throughout the journey. We had a great time and felt comfortable throughout the trip. I arranged for Busways to provide our firm an executive minibus to take us from Weston-super-Mare to London and back. The response to my initial enquiry was very swift (from Tim) and communication up to the day was excellent. The driver (JR) was with us in good time in the morning and on the return trip. He was polite and an excellent drive. The coach was very comfortable and had working aircon - which was one of reasons for taking this rather than the train. Having never used Busways before, I was a little apprehensive but I would definitely recommend them.
