not 100% sure if the part we ordered was "in stock" or "available to order" at the time with Brabo, but we placed the order with them, and yet more than a week later we have not received anything from them - no part nor an email, but 2 prompts to leave a review...

Thank you for your feedback. The part was unfortunately not in stock, so we ordered it directly from our factory in the UK. Shipments from the UK can sometimes be delayed by customs procedures. The part has since been delivered, and we are sorry that you did not receive a timely update from us.
