Excursions were on ti very professional me and staff

Anywhere.com did a great job in arranging our trip to Peru. Every single team member we had contact with was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Cesar and his team were always easy to contact. Once when there was a glitch in our transportation from the airport (not Anywhere’s fault) I jumped on our anywhere WhatsApp chat group and the problem was solved in less than 5 minutes. This group really shines in trip planning, in managing ordinary details and in helping manage the unexpected (like helping access medical care and reschedule our trip activities because of illness). Very glad we used them!

We were a small group of older adult friends traveling to Greece for the first time, and had a fantastic vacation that exceeded our expectations thanks to Anywhere Travel. Anywhere assessed our interests and connected us to Maria, a local travel agent in Greece, who had spot-on recommendations for a hotel in Athens, a villa on Naxos, and the most interesting tours in both. Plus, she set up all the transportation needs from airport to hotel, from Athens to Naxos, and the tickets we needed for tours, etc. The itinerary we created together with the folks at Anywhere was so much more enjoyable than whatever we would have come up with on our own. Our group will absolutely be using Anywhere for our next big trip!

The planning of our trip took into consideration our abilities as two elderly people and excursion booked that suited us. Everything went smoothly, transfers between places, and our accommodation was excellent. Could not have asked for better.

Based on the great experience traveling with Anywhere to CostaRica, reach out to them again for upcoming Japan trip. Received slow responses during initial interactions. They agreed to have a call to speed up the planning process. We’d a good call but after the call it’s complete silence and no follow-up/updates on the trip plan.

It seems they’re more comfortable and resources to plan out the trips to certain countries and it looks like Japan is not in that list.

I think the biggest issue I would like to highlight about incomplete closure from their side as that doesn’t give trust in partnering with them on the trip planning.

We enjoyed the different activities and where we stayed. The first and third hotel we liked best. I didn't enjoy the second hotel as much because there was no restaurant

Anywhere staff were perfect! Cezar did a wonderful job planning the trip for us based on our timeline, budget and preferences. We went through 6 iterations of our itinerary before we settled on our final one. The logistics of the actual trip was immaculate - right from the time we arrived till we checked in for our return flight. The transfer staff (Lisbeth, Sara, Samuel, Gabriel) and drivers were friendly, prompt and courteous. Our guides in Lima (Fernando), Machu Pichu/Sacred Valley (Joseph) and Rainbow Mountain (Miguel) were knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The communication through the customized WhatsApp group was prompt and timely. They even made some last minute changes after my son fell sick on the last day. Could not have asked for a better experience. This was our second trip with Anywhere (the first one was Costa Rica) and we recommend them to our friends all the time.

Our trip to Costa Rica was amazing. We are so grateful to Jessica for planning everything for us. We had the best time.

We used Anywhere.com to plan a fairly complex two-week family trip through Costa Rica, and they exceeded my expectations.

I came in pretty focused on value and with a lot of opinions about the itinerary. Vicente was great about working with that rather than pushing us toward a canned package. We went through quite a few iterations, including changing activities, finding better-value lodging options, arranging private surf lessons, and even tracking down a mountain biking option that fit what my son and I wanted.

The biggest value, though, became obvious once we were actually there: I didn't have to manage any of the logistics. We moved between Arenal, Monteverde, Manuel Antonio, and San José with a lot of activities along the way, and everything just worked. Drivers and guides reliably showed up where and when they were supposed to. Even more complicated transfers like getting from Los Lagos across the lake toward the Monteverde/cloud forest area were seamless.

At one point a vendor was only about 10 minutes late, and when I messaged Vicente he responded immediately. That gave me a lot of confidence throughout the trip that if something actually did go wrong, there was someone accountable who could fix it.

There were a handful of times during planning when I had to follow up on something, but given how customized and complicated the itinerary became, that felt minor.

The trip itself was fantastic. Rappelling/canyoning was probably our family's favorite adventure, and the different pools at Los Lagos were another highlight.

I initially wondered whether using a trip-planning service could give us the exact trip we wanted versus booking everything myself. After doing this trip, I think the answer is absolutely yes. The combination of local knowledge, customization, reliable vendors, and not having to personally juggle dozens of reservations and transfers was a huge value.

We've already been recommending Anywhere to friends, and we're now working with them again on another international trip. Easy 5 stars.

My son and his new wife went on their honeymoon to Iceland for 8 days. Anywhere.com set up everything. They made the process very easy. The entire itinerary was streamlessly executed. And my son and wife had a great time! I can't compare their pricing relative to the rest of the industry, as I have minimal fund of knowledge otherwise. However, I definitely would recommend Anywhere.com for any future travel agency needs. We will be using them again.
