Highly recommended good service good communication

The Man kept us up to date and arrived on time. He was very helpful and pleasant and respectful with the furniture.

Moving 200 miles across country is daunting but despite moving day dramas, the anyvan team maintained consistent communication throughout. Ensuring the move was as easy as possible from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

So disappointing!! They were supposed to collect and deliver an item for me today. I provided them with the exact dimensions and a photograph of the item.

Firstly, I received a phone call from them asking me if they could change the delivery date, because they wouldn’t have enough room in their van when they arrived at the pick up address. When I explained that the seller had to take a day off today for them, they offered to come back later today with a bigger van and I accepted that.
No one showed up at the pick up address.
When I rang them tonight, they held me 30 minutes in line before someone picked up the phone- only to explain to me, that they can’t transport the item because of the dimensions ( which I provided them with at the booking) and they would refund me now.
In fact, they didn’t send a bigger van as offered, neither anyone informed me or the seller at the pick up place about the issue.
Never ever again this scam company!

I booked AnyVan for 15/10 from Macclesfield to Colchester and paid £316 by card. AnyVan has refused to collect and refused a refund, saying the item description was not exact. The booking form gave no way to describe the items more precisely than I did, so I followed up immediately with full dimensions and photos. After multiple attempts to ensure that they had everything needed, I was contacted asking for more information. The company uses automated replies and AI - this created confusion and extended the timeline for their replies so much so that I am now apparently not entitled to a refund so having to recover the money directly through my credit card company.

Avoid this company at all costs

I am in the process of taking this company to court!. I advise anyone not to use them! They are just there to exploit your situation and make as much money off you. The price seem fair but that seem to be the bait. Do nt fall for it otherwise you will be in the same situation as me...taking legal action!

On time well early lol took care of everything unpacked with care communication all the way fast and reliable will definitely use them again

Booking online was easy and super fast. My driver was really polite and helpful and went above and beyond to help me move my sofa.

My furniture was collected from store and delivered to me with great care. Only complain is that the prices if it could be lowered a little bit more, although it was still lower than offered by the furniture company - I hope it is understood that customer only looked for third party because of lower price and price was the main factor here.

Communication was good from start to finish. Flirin and the team were polite, took care with the items while loading and unloading, checking where they need to go. The only issue I had was with the online inventory but Libby intervened and sorted by it for me. They made my move a whole lot easier

Told me what to expect, kept me updated and met my expectations. Can’t ask more of a service!

Great service, very helpful and friendly. Mukhtiar and his team were faced with solving a few issues in getting our large sofas out of our old house and into our new. But they managed to do so with care and in a cheerful manner. We also had a lot of boxes but they put them all in our relevant rooms with ease. Very helpful team. We would highly recommend.
