A very frustrating experience
- Customer support takes two days to reply—even when you respond immediately.
- The driver arrived at 22:35, outside the 17:00–22:00 delivery window, after I’d stayed home all evening.
- My instruction to ring the doorbell was ignored. Instead, I received a call with nobody on the other end, despite answering immediately, followed moments later by a text saying delivery was not possible. I had to run downstairs, stop the driver, and persuade him to hand over my package.
A very frustrating experience.
