You get issues with this company when…
You get issues with this company when the part fails. They claim to have a 2 year guarantee but im seriously skeptical about the quality of their airbags and its place of manufacturing. I ordered twice from them which has led to 2 labour charges to replace the bags. My airbags have failed again and after contacting them to initiate a return process they cant be bothered to email me back.

Low price for a reason
Low price for a reason. When i asked customer service where the airshocks were manufactured, they assured that they are manufactured in germany. When the airshocks arrived, they were clearly labeled "made in china". Haven't tested them yet though (, i might decide to sell them and buy originals instead).

The 'cost of living' is affecting us all. Thankfully, companies like Aerosus ensure we can still maintain our Mercedes at a reasonable cost.
Having researched the marketplace for two front airmatic struts for my S350 CDI 2010 W221, I decided to go with Aerosus. Their customer service was excellent and it was tested even further when one of the struts had to be returned. Addressing the latter was seamless and without any issues being raised by Aerosus and I received the replacement strut within four days (Which included a weekend) At the same time they sent relevant paperwork so that I could return their original strut free of charge. I would highly recommend Aerosus for their quality of product and price.
