I rate with 2 stars due to not getting the working code for my radio navigation system RNS510.

The politeness and attention of the staff was great, and they admitted they could not get the right code for me.

They get 4 stars for attitude. 2 stars for not being able to get the code.

So other owners of RNS510s you might have the same issue.
