Ordered seat belt clip and seat belt adjuster height. Haven't received either, and no emails from them. I followed by sending email but no reply, dead space. They take your money and run
Do not use this company. I ordered an item. Never received it and have been told I won’t get a refund. Be careful what you see advertised on Facebook.
Since my review I have now received the item and given it three stars. I don’t know what happened but was told an attempted delivery had been made but no item. However I received it next day. The courier completely confused the issue. What I found was their attitude yesterday which is why I wrote this review. It would have been better to have said they would look into it instead of the email I received. As a result I won’t use them again. It has put me off.
This is the worst company by far, they claim to had delivered my seatbelt covers but never came to my flipping address, I disputed with them for a full week, they didn’t want to send me another order but keep my money , and who ever was Matthew that was sending me back some rude ass replies , I immediately called American Express to reverse the charges.. won’t ever order from you guys again!

ordered a leather steering wheel cover, the incorrect size eventually arrived after 3 weeks, I have supplied photographs and sizes TWICE and somebody different picks up the thread and asks for more pics again...!
a month later im getting nowhere, they are unhelpful and haver told me to pay for postage myself to return even though its not my fault.
Now they not answering emails.
Ordered a product and never received it and contacted them numerous times and they did not care.Do not order from them
Never received my steering cover for my Audi. I followed up with an email a month later and I haven’t heard anything back!

Il 22 novembre 2025 ho acquistato un copri volante per la mia Mercedes Classe C al prezzo di 31,90 euro.
Ho scelto questo prodotto, nonostante si trovassero sul mercato prodotti analoghi a prezzi molto più bassi, confidando in una qualità adeguata al prezzo.
Invece, dopo due settimane dall'istallazione, il tessuto che ricopre il copri volante si è rotto in più punti rendendo il prodotto inutilizzabile.
Il 10 gennaio scorso ho inviato una mail al servizio clienti, corredandola con la fotografia da cui si evince chiaramente la rottura, chiedendo la sostituzione del copri volante.
A tutt'oggi tale missiva risulta priva di riscontro.
In conclusione: scarsa qualità del copri volante e totale scorrettezza della azienda che non si cura della soddisfazione del cliente.
Ordered a steering wheel cover, which never arrived!. I asked for a refund which was refused them insisting that it was still in transit and will arrive. It didn’t arrive. Asked again for a refund, to which they have ignored and not responded!. Don’t waste your money because you will not get what you ordered
Ordered a BMW steering wheel cover from these as couldn’t find one as nice from anywhere and I saved the order confirmation screenshot which says I will receive order confirmation shortly, I never did. When I went to the website to track the order, it says order doesn’t exist. I tried with the # and without. It was £26 that scammers don’t deserve, not only £1!
It doesn’t let me post screenshots on here to show you proof unfortunately but I have posted these on their Facebook page to warn people
