Nails were ok but you can get the same for around £3 or £4 elsewhere. 2 months after initial purchase they took money from my account and had sent me more nails without my consent, they weren’t even nice colours!!
Avoid unless you like a company that puts its hand in your pocket and takes while you are unaware!

These gel nail sets are amazing, really easy to apply last for ages and the Halloween ones are soooo cute. Subscription is really easy to organise into frequency and choice Love Love LOVE it !!!!

Choice of colours great and service good. Knew I needed to cancel the auto subscription - which I’m not keen on but was easy to cancel. Easy to apply but sizing too narrow for my nails. Surprisingly lasted 10 days and thought that was great but unfortunately removal destroyed my nails as much as real gel. All broken down to the quick, split, going to be months before they grow out. My nails seem to struggle more than average with gel so my main reason for buying was protecting my natural nails so this is a bust. I bought 4 sets so will try again but with a much more careful removal process - going to try to soak nails in olive oil rather than just a few drops of the removal oil.

Taking money from my account £46 months after without any prior emails or consent

nails are not the best, and make sure you delete your bank details after as they will shove you into a subscription service and charge you again in 6 weeks ....
i will be returning for a refund. i would look elsewhere .avoid..

they charged my account without my authorisation. I emailed them immediately and asked for the 'order' to be refunded. they didnt. a few hours later they sent me another email to say it had shipped, using a fake tracking number. their refund policy requires that customers pay for the returns so this is a scam tactic. they never respond to emails.

Despite the slick videos and bombardment of Facebook/instagram adverts the nails are difficult and fiddly to apply - I ended up throwing it all in the bin 8 weeks later I find out that I have been signed up for a subscription service ! With no pre warning they have charged me me again - I would definitely not recommend

Didn’t realise I’d signed up to a subscription! It’s annoying when you want to try first without subscribing a for a 2nd lot. They didn’t last very long on me - not as long as claimed. I likekybi will use again now cancelled subscription

Didn’t work for me. Wouldn’t last more than few days

Tricked into a subscription. Only made aware of this 2 months after my original order, when I received a notification that my delivery would be the following day. I checked my credit card and they had charged me. So I blocked the payment on my card and stopped all future payments. Very unhelpful customer service, who told me I have to pay to return them and get proof of postage.

The nails aren't as good as they say. Followed the instructions but some came off after 2 days.

Avoid at all costs, wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing

I ordered the starter kit to begin with, the light didn’t have the charger, I only found this out after I applied the gels, my daughter brought her uv lap over for me.. I then cancelled my subscription but got sent 3 more sets and charged for them, maybe it’s me but I can’t make them stick for more than a day!! Not worth the money

This is my 17th set - so easy to apply and last 2-3 weeks 🥰

Love these nails. They are so quick to apply and help your nails to grow and strengthen. I've tried others but these are definitely the best

I bought the starter kit as my nail beds have changed shape during menopause & salon gels keep popping off a few nails & so are not worth the expense. I applied on day 2 of a 2 week holiday & I am very pleased that they survived the pool & sea without any lifting. I am going to see how long they last to give a proper test, but may need to file down as very long now. I am very pleased with the durability, although I think I can only get 1 set from a strip as they seem quite wide. I will use the other 3 sets & update review later

Wish I could leave zero stars. This company does not send a reminder before your subscription is due to be sent. (All my other subscriptions do). So I have received an order which I tied to stop so need to return it. 4 days ago i sent an email to their support team asking for return instructions. Im still waiting for a response... terrible customer service. Would not recommend. If I don't hear by 28th September I will just return myself.

Don’t order..they don’t stick and they subscribe you in to sending more nails 4 weeks later without realising!! Avoid 😩😩

Really happy with these. Plenty of great colours and being a biker I needed something that was going to look professional and stand up to rough treatment.

Very poor customer service first set sent to old address and never arrived picture from postoffice didnt even have my name on! Both services said not their fault but somehow im left out of pocket
Email sent saying never will I use you again with no response onky to find out 8 weeks later they have sent me new nails and I have to pay to send them back ! No one answers emails worst customer service ever.

I love that these gel nail strips are actually good for your nails. ever since I started to use them I don’t have any issues no chipping at all! MY nails are kept in the length I want and they look healthier. The easy apply and off with the oil is the key I think. I always get compliments and everyone thinks I go to nail salons!
