FREESKY Electric Bike Omdömen 

I don’t normally leave reviews but I will have to for the Freesky warrior pro M-530…… it’s probably the best bike I’ve ever owned, it’s build quality is 5star and the power is amazing and to top it all the after sales service you get from Freesky is quick and very friendly (thanks kenny) I cannot recommend this bike enough.

Very pleased with purchase and try and get out for a run every day (about 15miles). I live on the west coast of Scotland and there are many steep hills around where I live. The bike has no problems getting me up them. The distance is not as good as I expected but I put it down the inclines and just charge it more often I am nearly 75 and not in the best of health but this bike gets me out and along trials which I would be able to walk. It does just what I wanted Thanks

deffo recommend freesky by far the best ebike for that price range reliable fast never runs out of battery get alot for your money

From the moment I ordered the new bike to the time I actually rode it and beyond, the customer support has been fantastic. The bike is great, well built and very high quality. I’m already looking to see what my next bike will be from Freesky.

This bike is so good my family has bought three of them.

The order process and subsequent fast delivery was excellent. The cycle itself is better than I expected. Very good build quality. I had to contact customer services due to my free cycle pack being out of stock and they’re going to sort that for me when it’s back in stock.

I absolutely love my Freesky Ranger. It arrived swiftly and wasn’t too difficult to fully assemble. It’s an incredibly sturdy machine and just feels solid. The ride is smooth and predictable. The controls are nice and simple . The large battery gives great range and the dual motors deal with hills as if they are not there. So 100% happy with the bike itself. But also I’d like to call out the after sales support. I needed a replacement screen . It was a constructive 2 way conversation and a replacement was dispatched and was straightforward to fit. So I’m delighted all round with product and service

FREESKY Warrior Pro M-530 is an absolutely amazing bike. I've had it for just over a month and have already done 1000miles. On one full charge I am able to go from Northwest London to South East and back again, and the duel motor mode makes hill non exsistant! The accessories pack is a great investment. I recommened swaping the manual pump and getting and electic one, as well a size 16 rench and spare inner tube for emergencies. All of which fit in the freesky pouch that can be stored on the rack. I was amazed how quickly I could fix a puncture on the road with the additions mentioned. However be aware of the back screws of the rack, after ignoring speed humps, I had to reinforce the threads with a thread kit as they consistently came loose. Despite this the suspension handles bumps like a dream! Highly recommend this brand and their bikes!

Warrior Pro M530. What a great bike. Love it and very pleased. Yes would I would recommend it. Used on a road and off. Yes you can speed but why. Enjoy the power for climbing hills with two wheel drive. It’s so much fun. Delivery was easy and building it up was straightforward. Opted for the extras and what a good decision. Carrier, mud guards, helmet and pump all used and worth the extra. Been out and about for four months now and it still brings a smile.

I was skeptical at first but i must say this is one of the best online companies to deal with excellent service and fast delivery for the bike which has an excellent build quility , the customer service is great and you are able to contact just one staff member so they know you and any issues you may have , which are dealt without delay . I can say you will not be disappointed with freesky

Sublime eBike, used as an every day commuter and off-roader at weekends. highly recommend and customer services were fantastic as well.

Excellent build quality and excellent after sale service.
Bike is genuine pleasure to ride both on road and on tracks.
The only negative is the "manual " which tells nothing about how to adjust settings.
I had a problem with pedal assist levels being much too high/fast ,even at lowest settings . However I contacted Freesky and someone there politely sorted me out with a different controller. Brilliant!

I had a few technical questions about parts on my bike and their support team was incredible. I received a prompt, detailed reply from a real human who actually understood the product—not a generic auto-response. There was quite a wait for my bike (not Freeskys fault) but they kept me informed and even offered me an upgraded model to say sorry. The bike computer is a little confusing however if you do a Google search for King Meter VA47 LCD instructions you will find the manual. I would also recommend getting a dozen quality Stainless steel M6 washers as the supplied washers are not brilliant - minor issue.

The bike (Swift Horse Pro) rides like a dream and I have done 200 miles in 3 weeks, it has replaced my car for 90% of local trips to the shops (panniers and bag fitted to the excellent Freesky rear rack) Bike took about 3 hours to put together but I am a stickler for getting stuff perfect so that included doing some cable management work and adding luggage etc. Everyone who has seen the bike is impressed with the quality of the engineering and it looks the business!! I also got the twist grip upgrade which makes a huge difference when setting off from standstill with smoother controllable power delivery under throttle - highly recommended upgrade. I will happily buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable e-bike brand that cares about their riders. Looking forward to a long and happy riding experience :)
