Gorgeous gift packaging and intense careful care to protect fragile glasses. Plus, Abask had these hard to find glasses ready to ship when others only offered a 2-3 month delivery time.

Hi Andrea,
We are so sorry for the delay with your order and completely understand how frustrating this experience has been.
Unfortunately, your shipment experienced an unexpected delay while going through customs, and we appreciate how disappointing it must have been to be left waiting for your shoes.
As requested, we have now issued your refund in full, and a member of our team has also reached out to you personally with an update.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is certainly not the experience we want for our clients, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Warm regards,
