I was on holiday in South Cornwall and developed an ear infection. I booked a same day appointment, the technology was easy to sue and the doctor was friendly, listened and prescribed the drugs required. I was better within 24 hours thanks to the greats service and all for a very reasonable rate. Will def use again!

This was SO EASY! I am traveing from the US to the UK and needed a prescription. I was able to get a video appointment within a couple of hours! Payment was easy and the setup was seamless. It was possible to book a slot on a Sunday and get help. The doctor was very helpful, asked lots of questions to diagnose the issue. Happy with outcome.

I can’t fault the whole experience when I needed an appointment quickly. From ease of booking, to having a video face consultation. Dr Mkpadi was lovely, He listened to me, and at no point did I feel rushed. He also took the time to explain why I felt like I did so I understood too, and he emailed my prescription through whilst I was on the call. Thank you for a first class service.

Saved from possible debilitating service failures
After a deeply frustrating experience with the NHS where emergency procedures were not followed and a scan was missed at A&E, the team at Medneo stepped in and provided exceptional care. Dr Winiger personally followed up with me today, showing genuine concern for my spinal issues and the systemic delays I have been facing. They don't just tick boxes; they listen, they validate the reality of what you are going through, and they treat you like a human being rather than a number on a waiting list. I cannot recommend their service highly enough for anyone needing fast, professional, and compassionate diagnostics.
