This company is fraud. Don't order from them. They auto enrolled me into some subscription when I only bought a product and have been charging me $40 a month for it.

Same situation as others. Bought a tee popper for my son and they used a subscription trap to fraudulently sign me up for the “dugout club”. None of their e-mails make it clear that this is an ongoing paid subscription that they secretly sign you up for. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

This company is shady and has been charging me $40 per month the last 4 months for absolutely nothing? I emailed last month to cancel and request a refund, they would not give me a refund and then charged again this month. Such a scam, do not buy anything from them

My experience is exactly like many others. Ordered a tee popper and thats all I wanted. Original breaks within minutes, they sent a replacement that looks entirely different from the first. They also sneak this subscription to a fictional "Dugout Club" on there and charge you monthly for literally nothing. There are no videos, drills, links etc. This company is 100% a scam and should be held to account. I am presently trying to get a refund but will consider legal action if not satisfied.

Terrible deceptive hidden subscription fee, they refuse to refund and will be taking this further, reporting to FCA - and encouraging others to do so.

Would give negative stars if possible. Product broke within 10 minutes. Sent a new one, in less than 5 min. They also signed me up for a subscription ($57/mo) and wouldn't cancel it. Maybe the worst business I have given money to.

The item I purchased got grandsons is fine. What I’m not happy with is the company continues to charge your credit card monthly. SPAM. I receive nothing nor did I agree for donation. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

You guys have been stealing from me for the past 3 months taking out $40 per month and I was not aware of. Really deceiving how you offer a free guide with your initial purchase and then automatically subscribed me to something I did not want with your dumb guides. All I wanted was the damn bats, balls and tee popper. Bunch of snakes!

This business engages is a deceptive pricing strategy. Added a digital subscription to a purchase of a physical good. Wouldn't provide a refund

The product broke within 5 minutes of appropriate use. Come to find out 4 months later we were charged $40 monthly for a subscription to who knows what. Our email receipt ended up showing the subscription but had $40 cost crossed out with the word free so we had no idea there would be a recurring expense. No part of this product or company is worth dealing with. I’m currently trying to get refunded the money but don’t know if I will have success.

Stairway from them . You will be charged every month for the same product and contract your bank from refund.

Lied about giving us the option of not signing up for their 58$ monthly subscription, I only got an email saying i'm still subscribed 4 payments later

This is theft. A subscription you never wanted and they charge you $40+ every month. I purchased a tee and they have been charging me for who knows what since then. Very corrupt place and also there is no contact number.

They sell a ball machine that pops a ball up. It is NOT good- and will break quickly
THEN they will try and charge for what they call is the dugout club which is a $40 charge for nothing! They use your credit card info to process this hope you will not notice it. I am now disputing an August charge and cancelling their charge for September. This is A SCAM!

Same as everyone else. If you purchase anything from them they keep your bank details and will continuously charge you $57 a month for a "subscription" you never willingly signed up for. This is blatant theft. Not sure how they are still getting away with this.

Broke the first time used. Hardly any strength to it anyways. When purchased the popper, it secretly signed me up to a very expensive monthly plan that gave us nothing at all and didn't advertise that we were enrolled in it. They made it tricky to cancel the subscription. Dirty low standard company. I feel very betrayed.

This company is a scam. Purchasing the tee-popper will quietly sign you up to a recurring monthly subscription that is impossible to cancel. No subscription details were provided to access the subscription "service". I'm now having to raise the issue with my bank and will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Avoid.

It’s a scam. I never receive tje item and they gosthing me about refund. I recommend to never buy from them, ever.
