Bought 2 as advertised "Wall Mounted Air Conditioners" and the items I received were no more than fans.
Received address to return the items. Unfortunately the address is in China. Contacted Customer service and that's the only place to return. Company is based in the Netherlands and would not provide a US return address.
Cost to return was 3 times the purchase price. BEWARE

They sent me the wrong size shoes and admitted their mistake but gave me an address to return them to that the BBB says is a scam.

Took awhile to arrive but the size (which was hard to tell online) was just right and I love the look. I regret not realizing I could choose the color of the light emitted until I'd already ordered—and there seemed no way to amend my order.

We bought a portable air conditioner. Does not blow one bit of cold air, not even cool air. Just smells weird. Only way to return is to send back to China at my expense. Avoid. Terrible.

Extremely disappointed with Seya Living. Despite their advertised policy, they completely refused to give me a refund. Their customer support was unhelpful, unresponsive, and uncooperative throughout the process. Do not trust this company—once they have your money, they will not stand by their return guarantees. Save yourself the headache and buy your home goods elsewhere.

The unit is a total bust. No return facility in the US so you have to send it back to China for the cost of the original purchase price. Lesson learned if you don't purchase through Amazon who do require a US facility for returns then I guess that's what happens.

I ordered a mini ac. It took 3 weeks to receive the order. The unit had no cooling performance. Heater was quite effective. When I requested a refund, their email response was that it was not intended to cool. THEIR website clearly states, "mini AC" "cooling ability". BUT I can return it if I pay the shipping, which is as much as the product costs. I feel scammed. This is a FRAUD! I will never order anything from seya living again!

Do not buy there mini ac unit it is a rip off it's not a ac it is just a fan that doesn't get cold. There return policy is a joke I paid 149.99 and to send it back is 600.00. So im suck with a piece of juje I can't use. Buys beware!!!!!

I ordered a $40 dress. DId the measurements and you never know till you get it to see if it fits. Was to big in the chest and straps. The back is corset straps. It bunches up and shows pretty bad.
This was all in the 30 day return window keep in mind.
There is a phone number to call but goes to a busy sound, tried many times. So I emailed them, l finally heard from them after I emailed them again 4 days later. They asked me to send pictures which I did. Waited again 2 more days. Then they said they would offer me a refund 20% or 30%. I needed a dress for a wedding so I had already at this point found another dress so I dont need this one. I declined and just wanted my money back. We went back and fourth and she realized I wasnt giving in she told me she talked to her supervisor and they couldn't offer me that, that if I wanted a totally refund I would have to mail it back on my terms.
I went to the post office and showed them the address they sent me, very weird address. The lady told me it was gonna cost $30 -$40 to ship to China. Never seen that when I ordered it. Very misleading!
So I am stuck with it.
I am warning you! They lie and there advertising is false and misleading!
Hope you reconsider before buying anything clothing.

Purchased 2 LED ceiling light fixtures. Turns out they require 220 V power source. The description of product specs states 120V-220V-not clear at all: AND: no US household has 220 running to a ceiling fixture. The offered a “voucher” equal to purchase price, BUT then the “manager” review resulted in them LITERALLY deciding NOT to provide this. They told me to “buy an adapter “.. AN ADAPTER TO TURN MY 110 V magically to 220 V.. preposterous. Absolutely absurd. I’m disputing the charge. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I ordered a lighting fixture. Upon receiving it did not function. It was an LED fixture that could not be repaired and the wiring was foreign/not US (I believe Chinese). I checked with a local electrician, a local very reputable light fixture company, and requested additional information from Seya. They shared the wrong instructions, then recommended bulb replacement which differed from my fixture, then offered a 30% refund. We negotiated for 10 weeks and they offered 70% refund. Read their return policy if thinking of buying, they do not stand by posted policy. Ultimately I disputed the charge through my credit card carrier and still awaiting resolution. Meanwhile, no light fixture in my house.

Hello, I have ordered and received a pair of tennis shoes from Seya Living. I ordered and was confirmed correct size but they came way too small. I tried to return and reorder a size bigger, but was offered only a 20% discount and told to keep them. Who does that? OR I can keep them and get a voucher for future purchase, but was not sent a sizing chart to make sure this purchase was correct..... and told to just "keep the ones I have" Now I want to return for credit. Do NOT buy unless you are positively sure you will not return for any reason. You will NOT get credit. Very disappointing in these business practices
