Years later, I’m still impressed
After years of trying different shampoos and conditioners, Scandinavian Biolabs are the only products I’ve found that don’t irritate my scalp or cause flakiness. Even all the ‘natural’ shampoos and conditioners didn’t work for me.
For whatever reason, Scandinavian Biolabs are completely different. Their shampoo and separate conditioner have been part of my routine for years, and the fact that they’re vegan is another big plus. Whatever they’re doing differently, it works.
More recently, their Firm Hybrid Clay has become part of the routine too, and yet again, I’m seriously impressed. Pretty much every other styling product I’ve tried has irritated my scalp, but this one doesn’t at all. The hold is incredible, there’s no greasiness, and it feels great in my hair.
The service is just as good. Delivery is always quick and reliable, and their customer service is superb.
As for the hair-loss and prevention side of things, I can’t really say whether those benefits are there personally, but if they are, that would just be another bonus on top of everything else. The scalp comfort, quality of the products, styling performance and customer service are already more than enough for me.
You really do get what you pay for. Although the products might seem expensive compared with what you’d pick up off the shelf, they also seem to last much longer, so in the long run they actually work out to be really good value. Scandinavian Biolabs is a company I absolutely love, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Didn’t work, and refund is a joke
Didn’t work at all. Zero results after several months.
And the refund policy is a utter joke! You need to buy enough of their products for half a year, and document the lack of progress more than an influencer takes selfies.
Wouldn’t recommend their products. Buy stuff at the local pharmacy instead.

Unfortunately their product was not suitable for me, anyaway when I explained them the situation and that I could not use their products they understood and refund me. This shows a serious company that take customer’s satisfaction seriously, so that I think they deserve the best rating.

I wouldn’t waste my time on these…
The set of products (shampoo, conditioner and serum) do not work to all help hair loss it is purely the serum therefore the shampoo and conditioner is effectively just expensive hair care.
Also their money back guarantee is a nightmare to navigate. I have used the serums and hairline booster for 6 months now but because I hadn’t bought 5 serums or boosters in 5 months it won’t be honoured. I have very short shaved hair and didn’t need the recommended amount each day for it to cover my scalp. I checked in every day as stated and provided photograph updates each month.
I am disappointed in the results but it could vary from each person. I hope that they review their money back guarantee for customers that are taking the months to get a result.
