PSTR studio Recenzje

Gracias

The print was beautifully framed and arrived within 10 days. Sophie was on hand to answer all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. It was so nice to have a contact who was friendly and available rather than a chat bot. Thank you thank you thank you

Excellent costumer service!! They resolved my issue immediately via email. The posters and frames are very nice🙂

After a lot of going back and forth with the courier and finally going to the warehouse to pick up my parcel, the frame was broken. I have reported it and am still waiting for an answer. The frame is poor poor quality and not worth what it has been priced at. Disappointing to say the least.

Such a great company to buy from, Sophie was really helpful during my order, as my first framed print arrived damaged a replacement was sent out promptly. The quality of the canvases and prints are great. Highly recommend!

Had such a good experience ordering from PSTR studio!! Their prints are stunning and their customer service went above and beyond in ensuring I was happy with my order— can’t wait to order from them again

ADORE & LOVE their product! I'd highly recommend buying their artwork, its high quality and gorgeous!!

"I had a great experience with PSTR Studio! The ordering process was very smooth, and their selection of art prints is so aesthetic and elegant. Customer service was super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend if you want to elevate your home decor!"

I ordered three 24x36 inch prints + frames. My order arrived intact, no damage. However, when I unwrapped my order, I could see that many of the aluminum tabs (that keep the backplate down & everything in place) were sticking out in front of the acrylic pane (i.e. poking out the front of the picture area). Meaning, they weren't bent out of the way BEFORE the acrylic pane, then poster, then backplate were inserted. This means, that on ALL 3 of my prints/frames I had to undo & disassemble and reassemble each frame so that I could bend back all of the aluminum tabs out of the way. There are 28 tabs on each frame; 84 tabs total.

I contacted customer support and requested a small refund for framing services (otherwise the frame itself and prints were just fine) since it was CLEARLY very haphazardly assembled. I was met with "that could have happened during transit". I provided pictures and explained that there's no way this happened "during transit" as everything else was in great condition. I was again met with "...30% off each frame to your account or 50% off but then in store credit." Not the resolution I was hoping for. I will not be a repeat customer, and I warn future customers to either opt out of framing entirely or plan to reframe the art yourself.

We’ve always loved PSTR Studio and find ourselves on the website all the time looking through the different prints and artists. There are so many beautiful pieces to choose from, it’s honestly hard to pick favourites! We’re so excited to have ours in our home.
