Losing my hair, I feel like it’s stopped falling out so much but still waiting to see some new stuff. I believe I’m on the month four or five.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Hers and His! My hair has grown so much fuller, shinier, and healthier, and the bald spots I used to have are finally gone! The difference has been amazing, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. Everything was precise, well-organized, and clearly done with attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about what they do and the results they deliver. I highly recommend Hers and His to anyone struggling with hair thinning or hair loss. For me, the results have been 100% worth it! I’m so happy with my hair and grateful for the confidence it has given me back! ❤️

I didnt even complete the questions about my meds I told them when I saw they shipped a bottle I did not want it how can they send me a prescription when I hadnt given them the type of Thyroid meds I am on

The site continues to run into issues or errors. Some types of glitches, and it's been extremely frustrating. I have notified the company of these issues. The first few times, they fixed it. I'm still having errors, and I am getting frustrated. I'm not able to process or answer their questions because it's just glitching out.

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Experience and Concerning Privacy Practices

I wish I had looked into Hers’ privacy practices before signing up. Deleting your account is ridiculously difficult. There is no straightforward deletion option, and you have to repeatedly fight with customer service and threaten to escalate things just to be taken seriously.

Even then, they only offered to lock and disable my account, not permanently delete my information. They even claimed they couldn’t find my account while I was actively speaking with customer service!

What makes this worse is learning about their practices involving sharing personal information with third parties. I wish I had known about this before trusting them with my sensitive information.

I understand certain medical records must legally be retained, but that doesn’t excuse the frustrating process or lack of transparency.

I deeply regret signing up. Please read their privacy policy before giving them your personal information.

Hers left me with no medication without warning, the pharmacy they use in Utah could not fulfill prescription and I was given no warning, I had to ask where it was after not receiving, had to quit cold turkey off Glp1

I’m not losing weight, but still eating sweets. So it’s my fault.

I started on the minoxidil and finesteride gummies for hair loss and liked the convenience. Then they were apparently discontinued and only the serum is available. Applying the serum every night is much more of a hassle and can build up a residue in my hair that I don’t like. I preferred the supplement form.

Game changer!! I have new hair growth everywhere ,and I see shape of a new hairline that was so receding. I went to great lengths to keep it covered or from showing. Felt so depressed about my hair now i am so excited love my new growth. Did not ever think anything would work, this product is so amazing.. just try it you won't be disappointed

Like the service a lot. Still dialing in the meds to get results. Day 2 of higher dose. We will see how it goes

I’ll be looking into other companies like Ro that won’t charge me $150 for “membership” along with $189 for 30 days. It’s a ridiculous amount of money for AI generated communication

I have gone 4 WEEKS without my medication because there were multiple issues that were not addressed to me until it was another week of not hearing anything. My things still have not been resolved.

So far so good, only a month in. Still shedding.

Two months and I have not lossed a pound!!! I will give it one more month and then cancel if I do not see any results. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

I don’t really use or need the service/product (?) so it’s very expensive for me for little value. I also find it challenging to find my way around. I accidentally hit the back button while picking which dosage I wanted and couldn’t find my way back…at all…and this was for renewing the subscription the next month. I had to go find an email and click the link to the mobile site to finish ordering the right dosage.

I have seen fantastic results with this products and have been using it for at least 3 years. I am a female in my 40's and notice my hair texture, growth patterns and thickness changed. I had horrible breakage and couldn't get my hair to grow past a certain length. Within 3-4 months I definitely noticed a big difference. I constantly talk about the product when people ask about my hair. I would love it if they added a referral code program.
The company has been easy to work with. Great support, quick response time.

Amazing product!

Easy process to search for what I was looking for and finding the right product, then getting a prescription. The medicine seems to be working immediately and I have noticed less hair shedding already.
