I don’t understand why Amazon gives you a delivery time option but delivers when they want to. Lately every time I have scheduled a time for delivery, it is either delivered hours later or a day late... See more

I will give zero stars if I could
I will give zero stars if I could! You can’t trust Amazon (and partners anymore). I’ve ordered something from Amazon (over £150,00 pounds) and I got an email at 20:15 saying that my order has been delivered in a secure location (Industrial Estate by the road). Very safe right? Things is… parcels are missing! Now here’s the question: who on earth goes to an industrial estate at night to deliver parcels when all the businesses are closed? Who lives valuable items in an open space?
Disappointing delivery experience
I recently ordered a premium glassware set for a New Year gathering but (856- NINE ZERO ZERO - NINE FIVE NINE SIX) customer support carefully checking the holiday delivery schedule on the website before purchasing. Unfortunately, the item did not arrive in time, and getting an update required three separate follow-ups over nearly a week.
When customer service finally responded, I was informed that my payment had been processed even though the item was out of stock. It then took an additional nine days to receive my refund.
While I understand that seasonal rushes cause delays, the system should ideally reflect live stock availability to prevent incorrect delivery estimates. A quicker refund turnaround and more proactive communication would also greatly improve the experience I hope team takes is constrictive feedback to enhance their service

An associate explicitly told me that a refund request has been processed. That was 2 days ago. When I rechecked, the system told me no refund had been initiated. Every time I try to ask an associate about this, they say they'll transfer me to a specialist and no one joins the chat. I just want a refund on a book that was falsely advertised as new.
🚨 WARNING: Unacceptable Customer Service & Unprocessed Refund 🚨
🚨 WARNING: Unacceptable Customer Service & Unprocessed Refund 🚨
I’ve been a loyal Prime member for years, but my recent experience with Amazon has been a complete nightmare.
I returned 3 items over 2 months ago because the fabric was paper-thin and the sizing was completely off. Fast forward 6+ weeks: Amazon/the seller has both my returned merchandise AND my money, and I still haven't received my refund!
Despite:
❌ Waiting over 6 weeks with zero updates
❌ Submitting customer service email forms multiple times
❌ Contacting support repeatedly (and being kept on hold for 30+ minutes with zero resolution)
❌ Getting zero proactive assistance as an international customer living in Hong Kong
It’s completely unacceptable for a global company to hold onto customer funds for this long without any accountability. Save yourself the headache—do not order this item, and think twice before trusting this seller!

I ordered a pay of tennis shoes twice…
I ordered a pay of tennis shoes twice both times even though I had a business address for the delivery the Amazon driver delivered my tennis to a residence twice once on somebody’s porch where the chair sitting on it and the other delivery blatant wrong address so I contact customer service And gave me a $30 credit for my inconvenience but would not allow me to re-order the shoes and send them to the Amazon. Tell me they’re gonna give me a refund now this is from a seller. This is from Amazon. No third-party involved why I have to wait a week to get my money back , keep in mind. The only thing I wanted was the shoes, Amazon delivery, drivers thieves and as far as I can see, Amazon doesn’t do anything about it.
I cannot stand their application
I cannot stand their application. Every time I am on it, a screen keeps popping up that asks if I "have a shopping" question.
Their automated phone system is so illogical and derange it is pathetic. With all the money Bezos has, he can afford to hire better help.
Yet again
Yet again, said delivered but was NOT delivered.
Just as bad as all the other cowboy delivery companies.

Beware of being scammed by Amazon sub-vendors.
I ordered an ebike from Amazon in August 24. After 3 days I received an email from Amazon saying bike not in stock. They offered me another from a different sub-vendor, there was a link to a chat box. I was asked for my order number and was told I would get a full refund, and offered 10% discount from Amaz Seller, a sub-vendor. I was asked if I agreed to this offer, which I did and I was told to make payment via Payoneer. I checked they were legit and Amazon sub-vendors regularly used this payment method. Amaz Seller via the Chatbox, said payment received and shipping next day via Amazon logistics. Two days later email from Amazon informing me that Amaz Seller had taken themselves off Amazon website and could not be contacted. So I had been scammed.
I did get my money back via chargeback from my credit card company. So I informed Amazon Customer Support and told them the sorry storey. I was contacted by Amazon Germany fraud department, and asked for details again. This was early September. Since reporting this scam the Chatbox has been closed down, however I took a screen shot, so I have some proof. I have emailed Amazon Germany 3 times chasing up on progress on their investigation and have had no response. This is piss poor customer support, I was only trying to stop other customers of Amazon getting scammed. I believe that because I got my money back from my bank that Amazon have washed their hand of this complaint I made. Other potential Amazon customers need to be aware of this type of scam.

Amazon Failed to Resolve My Missing Order, Blocked My Account, and Denied My Refund
In February 2026, I placed an order on Amazon, but my package never arrived at its intended destination: Globing’s warehouse in the United States, which handles shipments to Armenia.
I contacted Globing to investigate the missing package. After several days, they informed me that, based on the information I had provided, the package had never arrived at their US warehouse. They checked all available security camera footage and provided me with an official stamped document confirming that the checks had been carried out and that no such package had been found.
I contacted Amazon and explained the situation, providing the information I had received from Globing. Instead of properly investigating the issue and addressing the evidence, Amazon repeatedly told me to check with my neighbors or look around my property.
I explained numerous times that this made no sense in my situation. The package was supposed to be delivered to Globing’s warehouse in the United States and then forwarded to Armenia. This was not a normal residential delivery where checking with neighbors would resolve the problem.
Rather than resolving my complaint, Amazon subsequently blocked my account. I then contacted my bank to dispute the payment and recover my money, but my claim was also rejected, leaving me without the package and without a refund.
I find this entire experience unacceptable. I paid for an order that I never received, provided supporting documentation from the forwarding company, repeatedly tried to resolve the issue, and ultimately lost access to my Amazon account without a satisfactory resolution.
Amazon should not dismiss a customer’s complaint without properly addressing the evidence provided. I expect a clear explanation of what happened, proof that my package was actually delivered to the correct destination, and a fair resolution, including a refund if Amazon cannot substantiate delivery.
If you are considering placing an order on Amazon, be aware of my experience. When something goes wrong with a shipment, you may find yourself having to fight for a resolution, even after providing supporting documentation. I would strongly encourage customers to keep every receipt, tracking record, and piece of evidence.
I hope Amazon takes responsibility for investigating this case properly rather than leaving a paying customer without the goods they purchased or access to their account.
Customers service is great.
Smooth experience, would recommend
Ordering was smooth and delivery came earlier than expected. Support answered fast when I had a question. Would use again.
How do they get away with it?
I just don’t know how they get away with it! Their delivery is poor at best. I think on average out of every ten orders I place with Amazon maybe 1-2 are delivered correctly. I expect the delivery date to be the date that is offered to me when I make my purchases that is rare then when you contact customer service every single person reads the exact same words from their “cue cards” and every single time it turns out to not be true. You get offered a $5 I’m sorry credit which does nothing for the fact that my delivery didn’t arrive. I am handicapped and have a table on my porch with a sign asking for deliveries to be put there. I’m able to access the table. They can’t even get that right but maybe 50% of the time. Excuse me Mr Driver I cannot walk to the edge of the porch to pick up my pkg that you threw in my yard. I can’t even open my door as you put the box directly in front of the door that won’t open as the delivery you put there is blocking the door from even opening. I know you saw the damage and huge hole in the delivery box when you put it down with liquid dripping out. Are you serious? Sadly it won’t change. Sadly they don’t care. And sadly customers get brunt of it all
Product was delivered to the correct address
Product was delivered to the correct house, wrong location . There is much theft. On the front door being on the busy rd and sidewalk and bike lane in a Canadian city with a lot of homeless and barely housed persons .
Poor delivery service.
Amazon's drivers need to follow directions when delivering packages. They didn't follow my instructions on where to deliver my package. My instructions were to leave my package near my apartment unit's door or near the mailboxes on the North entrance of my building. They didn't do that. They left my package on the second floor. My mom had to go up the stairs to the second floor to get my package Not everyone is nice enough to bring my package down to me. Putting my package in that location is unsecured and has a chance to be stolen. I have to end up getting my packages sent to my apartment complex's Management office and mailroom because Amazon drivers do not know the exact location to where to leave my packages. It is very inconvenient because I cannot climb up and down stairs easily but if I get them delivered there, there isn't a problem with me getting my packages. They are just as bad as FedEx and UPS with delivering packages.
Worst experience ever.
I ordered items from Amazon and when I received them they were actually used parts but the seller claimed they were new. So I sent them back for a refund. Amazon received my return but they keep delaying my refund with no reason why.Customer care keeps lying to me by telling me they didn't receive the items yetbut I had to correct them on that by showing them proof the items were delivered to their return center. It seems nobody knows what they're doing. All I wanted was a return but now I am taking more steps by filing complaints with the BBBI also filed a dispute with my financial institution and attached all the supporting documents showing my item has been received on the 6th of October.anyone thinking about shopping with Amazon should rethink that decision. They are the worst online retailer to deal with when it comes to returns and refunds.
Delivered but not to me.
Ordered some Halloween decorations for a party said they would be delivered today. Got a message saying that the decorations had been delivered and handed to the resident, well this resident didn’t get the delivery so not sure where the delivery ended up. Have reported this but have no faith that I will get the delivery. Neighbours either side always come round immediately when something is delivered to them by mistake.
Amazon gone down the pan for Customer Service
In the beginning, Amazon were all about customer service & that helped build them to become a trillion $ company. Oh how this has changed. If Amazon started as they are now, they’d have been bankrupt due to no customers as a result of their shoddy customer service and how they treat customers. Customer Service is a shambles. Shutting down an online chat and hanging up on you. During phone calls, rather than admit they’re wrong & issue refunds, they again, hang up on you. Parcels are throw at your front door and then stolen because you work for a living and are not home. Then comes the calls to Amazon to battle to complain and request refunds. Finally, we have the false promises of deliveries. You buy some items due to the promise by Amazon that the parcel will arrive the next day. However, next day and the dreaded message comes from Amazon that your parcel will be delivered in 5 days instead. This now happens 60-75% of the time now. When you complain, customer service LIE and tell you that the delivery date is an estimate and can change. Utter tosh.
Time for new companies to join and take on Amazon and be direct competition and take the millions of disgruntled customers away from Amazon and actually put customers first.
Amazon can’t say they’re going Green and less deliveries, but the next breath, launch rockets into space. It’s now about the £ and to hell with loyal customers.
