Beware Fraudulent scammers with no integrity! Absolute scammers. They collected my money and completely failed to pick up my vehicle. They explicitly promised both verbally and in writing via text documents that I was '100% protected' and guaranteed a full refund if they couldn't deliver or changed the rates. They didn't deliver, and now they are flat-out refusing to honor their own written agreement. These people don't just lie over the phone—they will happily put their lies in writing and then steal your money anyway. Completely fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs

I asked Nick about the large number of negative reviews regarding their pricing. His response, in short, was "every company haa some negative reviews, you cant believe everything you read" and its the big 2026, everyone knows how to get their money back if they try hard enough, but "good luck in your search, you'll need it".

This is a scam! Do not use this company!!!! Read allllllll the reviews online. Probably overseas. My son is in the military and is having a nightmare experience. Lost $450. They bait and switch with immediate availability and price too good to be true. Waiting a month now with excuse after excuse. Charge you another $200 to cancel. Please save yourself the trouble. My son was young and naive about con artists.

I had such great communication from the jump!!!! Offered a fair price……..and most importantly didnt try to change it. The original company left me hi and dry, and came back with 4 times the original!! Prime saved the day with honest intentions, fair price, well coordinated pickup and delivery. Two can play this game. It is clear that the employee (s) of US Prime Shipping LLC are leaving false 5 star reviews in order to boost their average and appear legitimate. They took a review and used the guy’s name and the specific (and true) accusations in the review to craft their own and discredit the actual consumer review of a bad experience. They are a scam business, and they are manipulating TrustPilot with scam reviews.

I want to thank Roger for the hard work he has done. The first driver had equipment problem and Roger immediately found someone else to pick up my vehicle the same day and delivered the next day. And the second driver was kind and professional. However, Thanks To Roger for being consistent and hardworking and communicating with me.

I arranged having my Truck transported from US Prime Shipping fromCalifornia to New York . I specifically requested that my truck be picked up on a Monday and delivered by Saturday . Pickup was on Monday as promised and delivery was on Saturday . Roger my rep checked on the progress of the transport of my truck along the way . Follow up was by text which is fine as long as they kept in contact .

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. I was originally quoted around $700 nearly two weeks before my scheduled pickup. Then, on the actual day of pickup, they called and suddenly told me the price would be around $1,900 — more than 3x TIMES the original quote.

After changing the price at the last minute, they then kept my deposit and treated it as a cancellation fee when I refused to pay the dramatically increased price.

In my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch. You get quoted a low price to get your deposit, then the price changes drastically when it’s time for pickup, putting you in a position where you either pay significantly more or lose your deposit.

I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and fully understanding their deposit and cancellation policies before giving this company any money. Based on my experience, I would never use this company again and would recommend others look elsewhere for vehicle transportation.
