It perfectly matches the minimalist style of my house and the light is soft and the effect is excellent.

Nice! The material is also very thick. It's worth buying and you can feel confident about purchasing it.

Nice clean look, surprisingly sturdy. The delivery took 8 weeks, but this is the only drawback. The pieces were well-packed and the holes aligned well for assembly. A major upgrade in organization for our space. Will order more to create a room-length row of bookcases.

Almost 5 stars for service but definitely 5 stars for the product! The lamp is beautiful! Previous reviewers were correct that there were no instructions included and yes, you can figure it out but I did have to ask ChatGPT to tell me what an included "lamp assembly key" was for. Additionally, the included lightbulb weirdly broke at the seam but I wanted a different bulb anyway so not an issue ultimately.

The delivery process is very poor over one month without an est delivery date. The tracking is of no help and the delivery service contact online is very sketchy, full of advertisements and scammers. Inquiries meant with stock responses, feels like AI. I’m very disappointed.

Homebaa has some genuinely cool and unique designs, which is why I placed a fairly large order with them. Unfortunately, the quality control was disappointing across multiple items.

Several pieces arrived with scratches, chips, or other small defects. One lamp had noticeable cosmetic damage, and I was offered a $30 refund that I never actually received.

The nightstand was another frustrating experience. It arrived completely disassembled with no instructions or parts list. I eventually managed to assemble it myself, but it is comically small compared with what I expected from the listing and looks quite different from the product photos. Even the knobs were different colors.

I really wanted to like Homebaa because their designs are interesting and the prices are reasonable, but the inconsistent quality control and failure to follow through on a promised refund make them difficult to recommend.

I ordered a light that was labeled "Third gear dimming". I did not realize this mean that it would change color temp every time I turned it off and on again. I reached out to customer support to inquire about how to bypass this feature and after several emails back and forth they sent a ms paint sketch and a video showing how to rewire the light. Taking delivery for our items took a very long time.... several months.
Once received the table was exactly what we were looking for and the chairs were just ok.
Homebaa was easy to work with and handled the return of the chairs well.
If you are not in a hurry I would say they are a good company to work with.

I purchased a shoe cabinet. It is spacious and the wooden boards are really thick and do not give off any kind of smell at all. Highly recommended!

The first step of the instructions is literally “assemble the light” with no further help. I already regret this place.

Shopping at Homebaa was simply great. My new Hollywood inspired floor lamp was everything I was looking for. Lamp quality is solid, sturdy and esthetically pleasing. The length in delivery was to be expected; as the lamp was coming from overseas. Communication regarding shipping, location updates and expected delivery date was perfect. Not only was the purchase enjoyable but the customer service set a new bar. After building my lamp, I requested instruction on how to access the bulb. Quickly there after, I received a well-written and clearly stated E-Mail. The instructional video was excellent and covered every detail. Dulce with the Homebaa Service Team is A-List! Received the item faster than expected. Other reviewers online have said they waited a month, if not longer, while we received our item in a week.

Unfortunately, we were not aware that an electrician would be required to wire the lamp. Which is also not clearly stated on the website. After already spending $200-300ish+ on a lamp, we were not wanting to spend even more to wire it. I also did not like the color of the lamp, I was expecting brass but the lamp is a very bright yellowy-orange gold that clashes with my decor/other brass items in my home.

The biggest issue was attempting to return the lamp. Homebaa has to approve your reason for returns, in which they try to offer you a measly discount in exchange for keeping the item. Even in declining the $60-$70ish credit, they expected us to ship the item back to china, although we received the item from a US address, and pay the shipping there, and reimburse the free shipping we received when we initially purchased.
They also expect everything to be packaged as if brand new - not an issue for us since we saw quickly that the color was wrong and read that wiring was required.

Ultimately, the headache of all the back and forth made us give up on the return and we are now out a few hundred dollars. It's a shame the company sucks because they do have nice styles, but I will never risk purchasing from them again and would recommend that others don't.

TLDR - wouldn't recommend this company at all, returns are difficult and costly

I ordered a table lamp from this place. What I received did not look even close to the picture of the item. Absolutely awful experience with the purchase and subsequently the the their customer service

SHipping took a little while, but communication was great along the way and I am very thrilled with the look, quality and price of the light fixtures we got. I will be getting more.

Wonderful quality and very responsive customer service

This is a fraudulent scam company in China. Beware. They sent a lamp that was so cheaply and unsafely made. And it was completely bent. They refused to do a refund, telling me to bend it back into place. They asked for videos and said they could not open them to verify the damage. I have disputed the charge, and they refuse to issue a refund until I remove this review. Do not order from this company. The other positive reviews here are all fake/AI generated.

I have ordered from this company a handful of times. Everything has gone great. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the customer service was always very responsive and helpful.

After difficulty early on in pinning down a realistic delivery window, customer service properly handled my concerns and navigated the delivery from overseas here while providing a refund for any inconvenience. Once delivered, the products are excellent!

I rarely leave reviews, but this company absolutely deserves one.

The breakfast bar and chairs took a little longer than I originally expected, but the moment everything arrived, I completely understood why. The level of care they put into packaging was honestly some of the best I’ve ever seen from any company I’ve ordered from. Every piece was protected perfectly and packed with incredible attention to detail.

The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. You can immediately tell this is real handmade quality work — not mass-produced furniture. The wood is stunning, the finish is excellent, and everything feels extremely solid and structurally sound. The bar stools are especially impressive — sturdy, comfortable, and built to last.

In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that still takes this much pride in their product and customer experience. From the quality of the materials to the care in shipping and packaging, you can tell these people genuinely care about what they build.

If you’re thinking about ordering from them, do it. The wait was 100% worth it, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. Absolutely beautiful work.
