Very disappointed

Very disappointed. They advertise “plug and drive” since I provided my Vin. Car did start however key fob wouldn’t work. When I tried to lock my car with key alarm went crazy. Had to unplug battery to turn it off. Paid $160 for locksmith to reprogram my fob since I couldn’t wait any longer for flagship to help me figure out problem. Remote start still doesn’t work though.. Then I get call to send unit back to get replacement. I contacted them as that was not an option as then I’d be out if a car again . Then who’s to say it will be programmed correctly this time? Also would be nice to speak to fluent English speaking person . Shipping was faster than stated though probably because they didn’t take the time to program it correctly
