SCAMMERS!!!
Avoid this bunch of scammers at all cost! Running an insurance scam where they sell you an insurance policy that is useless unless you buy insurance from the car rental company. Cannot speak to anybody and are directed to 'Manage Your Booking' which you can't MANAGE on the vehicle pickup day, which is when you realise that you have been scammed.

We’re sorry to see this review, but we would like to clarify how the protection offered with the booking works.
The base rental already included Collision Damage Waiver with an excess. The additional protection offered during the booking process was third-party reimbursement protection, designed to reimburse the excess in the event of eligible damage.
Once the booking was confirmed, a separate email was also issued by the protection provider outlining the details of the protection, how it operates, and how it could be managed through the provider’s customer portal. The protection could also be cancelled free of charge before the scheduled pickup time.
There was no requirement to purchase additional insurance from the rental company at collection. Any additional protection offered at the counter would have been optional and would generally relate to reducing or removing the rental company’s excess directly.
We would also like to clarify that our contact number is available through the Manage Booking section of the booking confirmation should further assistance be required.

Absolutely is a scam
Absolutely is a scam. Use to compare rental prices but book direct through the car rental company. They make all their money on selling an insurance cover but it's a third party and you still need to buy insurance/cover separately with the rental company which ends up greatly increasing the cost. And you can't cancel on the same day as pick up (which is when most people realise). Haven't been able to speak to anyone by phone to reduce the cover days and been left on read via the live chat for over 24hrs. Save yourself the trouble and unnecessary cost.

The protection offered during booking is provided by RentalCover and is third-party excess reimbursement protection. If you are charged by the rental company for eligible damage, you would pay the charge first and then submit a claim to RentalCover for reimbursement, subject to the rental and protection terms and conditions. Separate documentation outlining the protection is provided by RentalCover after booking.
Purchasing RentalCover does not mean you also need to purchase the rental company’s additional protection at the counter. Customers may choose to do so if they prefer to reduce their excess liability directly with the supplier.
RentalCover protection can also be cancelled free of charge any time before the scheduled pickup time.
We have been unable to locate your booking from the information provided. Please provide your booking reference beginning with IM so we can review your request to reduce the protection period, as well as your attempts to contact us, and follow up directly.
