Ordered two ponchos for my wedding
Ordered two ponchos for my wedding, were meant to be sent within a week. I sent an email and was told they would check up on it only after sending yet another email a month later. I have still not received this 3 months later and have heard nothing further.
Edit: However, they did eventually fix the issue after this review and give me one of the two ponchos for free, so that was neat :) Added a star.

Dear Sebastion, there was a issue with this order, because 4 free pillowcases were also ordered with the order of 2 ponchos. However, the free pillowcases were for the blanket order, 1 pillowcase per blanket.
But it is our fault that we did not respond to this immediately and that this matter was left unresolved; we absolutely apologize for this.
We have refunded the amount to you.
Should you still wish to order ponchos, you will receive the second poncho for free, as we clearly made a mistake here.
