Great service and awesome support. We use many of their plugins. Overall no issues. If there is a compatibility issue with another plugin then their team is willing to custom fix the issue, which in my eyes is a really important part of a plugins developers support.

Tweemaal achtereenvolgens een defecte Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 ontvangen. Bij de laatste werd mij via de mail aangegeven dat het apparaat wederom direct omgeruild kon worden. Na retour van het apparaat kreeg ik echter via de mail te horen dat het nogmaals 2 weken wachten is tot uitlevering van het vervangende exemplaar. Dan zou ik in totaal 6 weken verder zijn. Mijn werk begint er onder te lijden.

De mailing verliep overigens ook niet echt vlot, soms dagen lang wachten op een tegenreactie.

Ik ga niet nog eens twee weken wachten, dus gevraagd voor terugstorten van het aankoopbedrag.

Awesome support. We use the YITH WooCommerce Product Countdown extension. It works on almost everything, but sometimes you need to do some custom coding to get it working for example some Elementor modules. I asked them for a tip on how to accomplish this, once they responded to my ticket they had already implemented the functionality as an example on my staging website. This is above great support! On top of that, they exactly explained how it was done and how to implement it myself on the live website.

Also support is fast en friendly. This is how support should be done and a reason to buy more products from them!

Edited review: At first my review wasn't too great. This was because of the fact that my ticket was open for way too long. The developers finally contacted me and explained the reason for the delay. They took the time to fix the issues I was running into. Now everything is working as I was hoping for. If the developers would have been more open about the fact that there was a delay in the ticket system (because of the global situation) and didn't left me in the dark, I may have had more respect for the situation.

Top company. I bought their Astra Theme. Its far ahead of the competition. Together with their Schema Pro extension (finally a real working schema plug-in). Astra theme is great in combination with Elementor. Top control over your layout without touching any code. Even though there are many options available the Theme is still pretty fast.

Also their support is top Notch. Even if you have a geeky question, don’t worry, they are there for you.

I totally don’t regret switching over to the product of this company!

This is the worst customer experience and migration I have ever experienced.
This company goes under many names, one of them is Cart2Cart and the other is Magneticone and are situated in Ukraine.

I paid 1400 for a half finished Magento migration with all kinds errors left in the final Migration. For 1400 dollars you would suspect a fast, clean migration with good and close communication. Thats far from what my experience was. For this kind of migrations you need direct and fast support. Their time to respond to emails took sometimes up for a week. They reply with 3 line emails with their findings on what did go wrong on the migration. If the reply doesn't satisfy you it will take days again before the next email arrives.

In the end I was left with a half finished incorrect Migration with all kinds of errors. They even told me to fix a few url problems myself although the admit it was their problem.

Don't believe the positive reviews, no way they could be true. They must be fake. Just hire a good personal developer that is in close contact with you.

Edit: They replied to my message with a very well thought through responds (see below). They even took the time to edit their original respons months after they placed their first respons. Don't believe anything they say. The good reviews are mostly fake. Just read the negative responses. Those are the accurate experience you have with this company. I have a lot of experience working with developers, and this company is the worst I experienced.

I paid for a full service migartion for the price of 1400 dollars. For that amount of money you would suspect some nice and fast support with good communication. Forget it. This is the worst migration and communication I have ever experienced. They respond to emails days later, sometimes even a week. The only reply you get is a 3 line email. If that email isn't satisfying you then the next email again takes days to reply. In the end the migration had many errors that I still had to fix myself of by hiring a Magento developer.

People don't believe the positive reviews, I can assure you they are fake.
