3 out of 4 meal deliveries were incorrect (missing meals, incorrect meals, mixed ingredients). Ingredients are not fresh and packaging only allows a day or two before produce begins to rot. Will not use anymore!!

Do not create an account just to see what meals they have. Even if you pause your subscription and remove everything from your cart (or not select any meals) they will still send you meals and charge you. Very much seems like a scam.

This is the perfect meal experience for someone that likes to cook but also likes all the ingredients right at their fingertips!!! Great recipes and easy to follow instructions make this a keeper!!! Thank you!!

The meals are generously portioned and, when everything is included, generally delicious! Unfortunately, the ongoing frustration is that nearly every order seems to have something missing or mixed up. We've received the meat for one meal along with the ingredients and seasonings for an entirely different recipe.

When everything arrives as it should, the meals are wonderful. When it doesn't, what was supposed to be a quick, convenient dinner turns into a guessing game, a creative cooking challenge, or an unexpected trip to the grocery store.

To Home Chef's credit, they have consistently made an effort to make things right, usually by issuing a credit. I appreciate their willingness to address the problems, and I understand there isn't much else they can do after the fact. However, a credit doesn't eliminate the frustration or inconvenience of having to figure out dinner when the whole point of a meal kit is to make mealtime easier.

We genuinely enjoy the food. We just wish the accuracy and consistency of the orders matched the quality of the meals.

I’ve been a customer for well over a year! The meals are excellent EVERY TIME. The variety is so varied and up to you! I had a missing meal one time and customer service was so kind! Credited me immediately and then sent an extra meal! Not sure how they cook their chicken but man it is SO SO GOOD! Tender and moist no matter what sauce or combo! TRY THESE FOLKS! You will be very glad you did!

I am amazed every time we sit down for dinner. Every chef is commended for their creativity, knowledge, and creativity. Every meal is fantastic! Wonderful mixture of flavors and beautiful presentation. I’m gaining weight, which is a good thing and look forward to dinner and leftovers.

When I opened the box, I knew there was going to be a problem. I ordered 4 meals, per week, with 2 servings per meal. The meal sizes would not feed my 16-year-old, 8 lb. Shih Tzu.

I canceled prior to the Friday deadline, but got the box anyway *&* they charged me for meals I did not choose or order. When I reached out i received a 'credit for 50% off my next box'. Customer service email from Honduras. HORRIBLE service!! When there are other US-based companies. I'll never use this company again!

It’s 6:30pm and my box has still not arrived! Obviously had to order take out for tonight’s dinner! Will not be reactivating my subscriptions until Ontrac is replaced as delivery provider. I’ve had terrible luck with them on other deliveries as well!

I didn't get any place to write any comments but I can't have anything that spicy. So Sriracha is out of the question. That's too hot. I got acid reflux that doesn't work

The recipes are easy to follow, delicious, and provide us with variety in our meals. I find that we have little waste now with these plans. Highly recommend the Hoe Chef!

I returned to Tempo because of the connection with WW. I chose my meals based upon the point value indicated as given by WW. However, when I calculated the points according to the nutritional information given and the WW guidelines, the point value was much higher than what was advertised. Example- Smokey Chicken Ranchero is advertised as 6 WW points but when calculated according to WW guidelines it comes out to 12 points!

I cancelled the subscription the same day that I opened the account. Home Chef, shows I cancelled the subscription. They then stated the send an email (which I never received) that stated if I did not want to purchase the first shipment; I needed to complete the cancellation form and send it to Home Chef (after it was already cancelled). They still charged me for $37.96, over a week after the cancellation was completed.

I ordered meals from that are microwave meal, I received meals where I have to prepare. I am handicapped and only have one arm to work with that’s why I asked for microwavable meals. I want to cancel my subscription.

This was one of the worst weeks I’ve had. The Sizzling Orange sesame pork lettuce cups had rooted book choy. I ended up just making spring pork rolls and pork pot stickers with the meat. The Black Garlic chicken…green beans had white mold and the carrots were cracked and dry so I had to throw both out. .i saved the seasoning for another meal creation. The chicken was already sliced ? so I added fajita seasoning and made fajita tacos. I did not get a recipe sheet for the schnitzel meal but I could look that up online. Then even though I canceled next week’s order last week it showed it was picking out a meal plan for me I didn’t order. I contacted “chat” and texted them I did not order that week

The oven ready meals are not oven ready. When you say oven ready one reasonably thinks preheat and bake. Oh no, not at all. These should be called premeasured and with an empty small foil pan. You still put it all together including cutting the protein if needed. You bread the chicken yourself. You warm the rice separately. The thing is I thought this was a great portion for my elderly mom. Instead I’m now giving away $100 in meals so the food does not go to waste. Buyer beware.

The pork chili was fabulous. I usually make chili in the winter or the fall. I made this. I’ve never made this way in my oven. It actually came out really well. I just ate the last bowl for lunch today. I will be ordering that again for sure when it comes out the menu.

Most meals are good. Chicken moist, veggies not overcooked. Mainly I would like more sauce/gravy, especially on pasta and carbs. Plantain fine but disappointed w/ BBQ Crusted Chicken w/ Mac&Cheese as too much breading & not enough cheese! Also only mildly seasoned, could use more flavoring. 🦋
